Me and my boyfriend are barely coming up to a month into our relationship but at a few weeks he already wanted to marry me. I had told him that I didn't want to rush anything especially that since feelings can change later on. He took that very negatively and became very VERY upset. I managed to convince him to get me a promise ring instead of an engagement ring. This doesn't really bother me but the fact that often times rushing into things can lead to problems later does. He's such a sweet guy but he can be a bit possessive and overly sensitive, sometimes it can be very suffocating when I try to talk to some friends I've known way before him. I don't really know what to do? Should I tell him to just wait a bit again? If so, how would I tell him? I don't know what to do.
