So yesterday it came up in conversation and I asked if anyone has messaged him from his past like romantically. He usually is open about this kind of stuff (for example recently he showed me a screenshot of what his ex sent him about wanting to be back with him). In the past I've asked him if anyone has messaged him while we've dated and he has said no. But yesterday when I asked he said there were a few girls who messaged him on an app called KIK that he used to know from tinder and he had small talk with them.

His reasoning behind it is that there have been people before who message him because they're going through something difficult and need someone to talk to. He said that he's had some experiences in the past where some loved ones have attempted suicide so he always responds to anyone because of this. He said it was just small talk and didn't go past a day but it feels weird that I'm only hearing about this now when he said it happened in March. He said he didn't mention it because he thought it was insignificant
