Title pretty much states everything. I myself am a huge Legend of Zelda fan. I've played all buy Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword, but I've loved all the others (well, Zelda II was kind of weird...).

Ocarina of Time and Link to the Past were my all time favorites! Ocarina was so amazing the way it brought 3D Link into the gaming universe so well. Link to the Past has my most replays at over 40 because it's just so good. Seasons and Oracles was interesting in the way you didn't need 2 gameboys to link them together; you could use the passcodes they provided. Link's Awakening was by far the most interesting storyline out of all the one's I've played (Minish Cap is close behind, the talking hat and the ability to become Minish-like was a nice touch). Four Sword was the co-op version that was both frustrating and neat at the same time; selfish looters made it harder but the amount of co-op added and needed for the bosses was rather amazing to the series. The Legend of Zelda (first game) really made a stand as to what Link as a character was and the fundamentals of the whole series e.g. dungeon crawling, hidden entrance seeking, heart pieces scattered, boss fights, etc etc.

I could write so much on the topic myself, I love what Shigeru Miyamoto has created alongside the Mario series and others. Curious if anybody else falls into the category or has any other stories to share feel free to.
