Search Results: approaching girls in class

So I'm an English teacher and i teach English for accountants at a hotel. There is a woman in the class. Pretty, nice and energetic. We have plenty of things in common but she is 26 and i am 22. I kind of do like her and we talk pretty well but it's still teacher- student relation, nothing more than that. I don't know if i should approach her because of the age gap and she seems to have her life put together and stable. She's been in my class for about 4 months. P. S. I don't know if she has a dude.

Now, i started giving classes at another hotel and there is this woman. Pretty, my height, energetic, bouncy and smart. She is the same age as me and she really catches my eye. I don't really know much about her but i would like to get to know her.
So!

WHO SHOULD I TRY TO APPROACH?

I think i might have better chances with the girl my age. Or what do you think?

Any advice on how to approach them and get pass the Teacher-Student relation?

Im a sophomore in college, she’s a freshman. The first time i saw her i couldnt take my eyes off of her. She’s gorgeous, straight raven hair, seems kind of quiet but i see her hang out with people outside of class. She dresses nice (sometimes she just wears hoodies and leggings but she’s still a hard ten to me), she also smells nice (one time in a line she was in front of me). She drives a nice car, i do too but not a very nice one.

Also im not that tall. She’s not taller than me but still. And she barely looks at me... I've been told that one strong sign when a girl likes someone is that she looks at him a lot. When i steal glances at her, she never notices. Weve only had one eye contact and that was when we first saw each other, after that it never happened again.
Im not sure what her ethnicity/nationality is yet but she might be latina or Asian.
