Just say the technology existed for an implant that could adjust the size of your boobs from A to E and everything in between using a remote control, would you get one?
Personally I think that it sounds awesome. I would use the ''A'' or perhaps the ''B'' setting to go to work, sport and sleep, because boobs are rather useless in those situations, but go full on ''D'' or ''E'' for sex or going out to a bar.
The only disadvantage raised would be your brother or boyfriend getting hold of it without your permission, but as one particularly outspoken friend of mine pointed out, its exactly this sort of thing why God invented your fist.

Hi guys I'm 19 and I'm still a virgin, I'm not that scared to have sex I do want to have it soon but I want it be special so I don't just want it to be with anyone I'm not dating and someone who's not committed to me.
