I've known him since June. Our 1st date was in August. We went on our 2nd date. He invited me to watch a movie at his place and I drove about 1 hour. After the movie he put on a spotify list and we just talked a lot. About friends, family, our plans the next few days and what we did the past days, childhood memories,.. We talked from 10 pm til 2:30 am.

When it got later he moved closer (just our shoulders touching) and he even touched my hand to feel if I was cold. He also touched my arm (in a non-creepy way). He let me use him as a pillow and he rested his head on mine. When we talked our heads turned and our heads touched sometimes.

Sometimes we stared in each other eyes for like 10 or more seconds. By the end he walked me to my car, we hugged again, he stared again.

Long story short: me and my sister are not on good terms. We used to be close, but she did something in the past that I thought was messed up so I decided to cut ties with her.

none the less, she got married a few weeks ago and I can’t help but think she tried to set me up. She asked me to be her bridesmaid (red flag) and I didn’t want to but my mom made it an obligation for me to follow through anyways.

during the whole wedding she did that “exclusion” cold shoulder thing, where you cut the person off. For example, I was trying to sit on a chair beside her because my family was sitting there and she had a foot on the bottom tier. I was clearly trying to move it and she just left it on until tugged on the chair.

then during pictures she just faced the other way.

i think this is deliberate, but I just want another opinion? Maybe I’m overthinking it because I no longer like her? Thoughts?

My friend grew up with an abusive father until her mother file for divorce shortly after her 15th b-day.

Years later, she just got married in 2015:
- I've heard them arguing a couple times. She has publicly screamed at/insulted him once and gave empty threats about taking away their son (later on she told me she didn't really mean and that's only to scare him a bit).
- She bragged to me that sometimes when they argue, she denies him physical intimacy and gives him the cold shoulder. Most of the times he ends up apologizing.
- I saw her getting in his car (after an argument) and laughing as he was practically begged him to open the door. She drove off and he had to get a ride to get to work.
- Overall, a couple other friends and me thinks she's somewhat verbally domineering.

Though she's nothing in comparing to her father, who was abusive in every way and into beatings; she still sounds somewhat controlling.
