Before a couple days i was sleeping with my boyfriend and i woke up by him talking in his sleep saying " I miss you so much. why did you leave me? " and kind of crying. I assumed that he was dreaming of his mother or something and I didn't wake him up. In the morning i asked if he's ok and instead of talking about it he just wanted to hug me and then he told me that he will go out. When i talked to my best friend is friend she told me to dump him because he will treat me like his mother soon and this is a bad sign ( that he cried and didn't answer my Q). I told her he never treated me that way! But she tried to convince me that he will and everything will get worse from there. Is she telling the truth? He never treated me like "his mother" and I really love him but i don't know if she's right or not.

Okay so before I start let me tell you all i am 18 years old soon to be 19. My parents specifically my mom still likes to treat me like a kid. I want to go out with my best guy friend, his friend, and my friend for the night to my guy friends house. My mom knows my friend and trusts her but I'm afraid due to recent events that she will be suspicious. I once told my mom I was sleeping over a different friends house who she didn't know and that ended up turning into a terrible night when I stepped away from my phone for 2 hours to swim and came back to numerous missed calls and a request for my location. I ended up driving home at 2am. She has a tendency to faceTime too. My friend really wants to spend the night but I just want to say I'm spending the night at her house and go to his house until her mom tells us we have to go home because her mom will let her stay out later even though my friend says she doesn't but the other night I came home at 12:30 and she stayed out to 2. Part of me wants to do it cause Ik I'll be safe and Ik it will be fun. I just want to know if I should stick with my plan and still be afraid of my mom or if I should go out and have fun what is the best way to get away with my situation?

For instance I've known 3 cases where trust has been regain and both parties seemed to be getting along better than before and neither of them ever brings up the subject of the betrayal (basically it ended in a forgive and forget):

- Case 1: A girl at my former HS finds out her best friend was spreading gossips about her and talking lots of nasty things behind her back (such as lying about her being a slut and sleeping around, etc). After finding out, both get into a physical fight and expressed their hate towards each at that moment. Then after some time, things are worked out, both say their sorries and they are back to being good friends again.

- Case 2: My mother shared her credit card with her sister-in-law Nirma (my political aunt) and they've always gotten along great. Nirma needed to purchase some furniture and promised that she would pay it all back. Needlessly to say, she never paid it back after the deadline and ruined my mother's credit report. They didn't speak to each other for about 5 years. It's only been recently this year that they got back reconnected (mom forgave and is no longer upset with her) and went back to being friends like old times.

- Case 3: A younger brother (who was 19 at the time) has a short-lived affair with his old brother's fiancee. All hell breaks loose once it's discovered. Within 3-4 years later they start talking to each other again, the older brother accepts his apology, the subject is no longer mentioned and apparently they understand each other more.
