Me and my friend were talking one day, and it got me wondering... why do girls hit guys in the nuts? Everywhere you see it: Guys being mercilessly kicked in their delicate organs by an upset girl. (The very thought is enough to make some guys grab their gonads in fear..) But a lot of these examples are seen on television or on "funny" internet videos. You don't just seeit on the street So I'm doing both a poll and a questionaire to better understand girls who do this. The are a lot of questions, so if you don't have time to answer them, just choose a poll option saying your ball-smashing status. But if possible, take the poll AND answer the following questions. (Even if you're one of those nice girls who disapprove of kicking guys, still answer the questions)

Here it goes. *sigh*

I have known this girl since I was 14 years old. I know I liked her then However, I wasn't looking for anything then, I so was blind. Girls weren't my priority. Time passed, and we became kind of friends, for I was so like her she began to like me-like me. I got to know it, and the very moment I knew she was expecting me to ask her out or sth of the sort, I stood back. I was not looking for anything with any girl then, or maybe she hadn't awaken the love I feel now yet. I just freezed and said nothing, most probably making her feel bad -or at least I would have felt that if I was her then.

Time passed, and she became 15. As promised by her, I was invited to the party, a party that would be a sweet 16 one in my country. As I saw her coming in, she awakened something on me that may never sleep again. I fell in love with her. So much. And she began to forget about me, for now I think of it I guess she had.

Now she had a boyfriend, and so I had to wait. The stupid things they wrote on their fb walls made me so bad sometimes. And the pictures of them kissing. And the words they use. Pure torture. And still I waited. Since then I wrote her three love songs. Beautiful. One of them, "I love you", just as that, being the evolution of my love towards her. And how much I loved her then.

Her relationship wasn't forever and it was over. I guess he cheated on her, perhaps for her not giving him sex or sth like that. Besides, being objective, the guy was ugly. I don't see what she saw on him. And I'm not being just mean for jealousy. Two years passed.

So it was my time to ask her out. When I did, she put a rather silly excuse.The only relationship with her was Facebook chatting. Our friendship was lost, except when I talk to her I talk like if we were friends from a lifetime.

SO HERE'S THE POINT. I'M TOO SHY. SHE LIKED ME ONCE. TIME PASSED. I ASK HER OUT FOR I AM IN LOVE WITH HER. SHE REJECTS ME MAYBE FOR ALMOST LOSING CONTACT (CHATTING REALLY RARELY). 9 MONTHS HAPPENED SINCE I ASKED HER AND WAS REJECTED. WE CHAT EVERY TWO MONTHS, BECAUSE I'M TOO SHY TO CHAT MORE AND BECAUSE SINCE I ASKED HER OUT SHE TAKES TOO LONG TO ANSWER ME EVERY TIME. MAYBE SHE DOESN'T WANT TO TALK TO ME. MAYBE I'M BOTHERING HER.

BUT I'M IN LOVE WITH HER.

This is my idea... I WANT TO TELL HER BY Facebook MY LOVE, AND SHOW HER MY SONG RECORDED. TELL HER WHAT I FEEL, NOT EXPECTING ANYTHING. I DON'T FEEL I STAND A CHANCE. BUT I REALLY LOVE HER.

Oh, I love her... I love her so much.

Me and this girl, both 18 in HS, met, and got along well. She initially rejected me a couple months ago and gave me the "Just be friends" speech. However we've been texting every day since then, getting closer as friends, texting as much as 150+ texts a day(both of us combined), and according to my mutual female friends she's MIGHT developing feelings for me.

-A week ago I pulled a prank and told her I got something for her the next day to cheer her up. She said she wouldn't accept my gift(She didn't when I first met her, as to not lead me on)... to sum it up I didn't reply back to her response and then she said she was kidding and of course she'd accept my gift. I can't tell if she felt guilty and wanted to remain friendly, or if she's actually interested?

V-day is coming up and she told my friend "yeah I know he's doing something for me. I'll accept it this time". Now I'm over thinking and worried... is she doing it to remain friendly like that above prank event? Or is she actually interested?

Now I'm not sure if she means she'll accept it because she felt bad about those above events, including not accepting my b-day gift when I first mer her(she wasn't that into me at the time, she liked someone else)

Also another thing is she recommended I go to some spring fever tour and she said her friend and her are going. But she didnt' say "you should come with us?" which makes me wonder why she told me to do. Is she wanting me to ask to come along? Or just friendly?

Also I was posting cute things on her tumblr anonymously about my thoughts about her. She replied "I NOW KNOW WHO THIS IS" (Which is her funny sarcastic voice) and she even messaged a mutual female friend(who told me) she thinks its me... yet she hasn't confronted me. Also she's still txting and talking to me as normal... so idk

Confusing question? Allow me to answer my own question as an example:

I am a black American male in my mid-20s. I've lived in some affluent areas as well as some "economically depressed" areas.

Sadly I don't relate well to most black males my age throughout my lifetime (mainly most black males in urban areas which I lived).

I got the whole "acting white" thing quite often (and still do nowadays occasionally) because although I'm a RABID fan of hip-hop...I was fully focused on my schoolwork, spoke proper English, and turned down typical urban life distractions (weed, other drugs, "fast" aka slutty girls to avoid the "pregnancy trap", etc.)...

...to focus on my goals of going to college, getting a degree, and starting work in a place that I enjoy to obtain "The American Dream" (aka, financial security).



Because I wasn't as "urban" as most of the other dudes of my race in my HS (and the small % of black males at my university), I didn't get a lot of "female attention" from girls of my own race.

The funny paradox is, black girls overall didn't give me a lot of attention in my HS and in college, but I got some from other races, then these same girls that obviously disliked me, had the nerve to call ME a "sellout" (aka, in black culture, a race traitor). *shrugs*

Unfortunately, some blacks my age, that made it to colleges/universities, STILL carried this same "ghetto mentality" with them to the point of only kicking it with the 2% of black students in my university.

I don't get why you would want to go to a school, yet socially abstain yourself from 98% of the student body. That's why I wasn't involved in BSU at my university; it seem liked they wanted to secede from the university and make their own college separate from everyone else! :-X

Yesterday I had one of the worst haircuts of my life. Note to self: remember to actually f*cking tell the hairdresser what haircut you want before they start shaving your head! Well haha, that's exaggerating a lot. But I did get the shortest haircut I've had in a very, very long time. And it makes me look way younger than I actually am, which I hate (huge problems with looking young my whole life till about last year when I finally at least began to grow a bit of a beard so I can look a bit older). It could've been a lot worse but I still hate it. Not that I'm blaming the hairdresser - it was my fault for being too dumb to remember to actually tell the person what I wanted haha.

You guys have any funny/interesting/cringe-inducing stories about bad hair (anywhere on your body too ;) )?

Also, just wondering, say a girl kind of liked me but didn't really know me well, and then saw me with a bad haircut. Would that change things very much? I was gonna ask her out... should I wait till I don't look more than a couple years younger than her and much less unattractive haha? Keep in mind she almost never sees me, so if she saw me with this haircut I have a feeling she could somewhat forget what I looked like without this bad hair and assume her tastes have changed or something if she didn't find me attractive with this hair. Or maybe I'm just being paranoid haha. (This question is for the poll, figured I may as well ask it.)

Its always funny seeing someone do it and I can't do it no matter how hard I try. So I just want to see how rare it is.
