I’m 25, and I'm waiting until I graduate and get married to have sex, so dating in the stereotypical sense is out of the question for me...

My classmate is the first guy I've ever admired. He’s extremely intelligent, diligent, polite, considerate, gentle, and despite the fact that he lost his mom at a young age, he’s so lighthearted. After I started to have feelings for him, I tried to avoid talking to him because I didn’t want to lead him on. But I’ve come to care for him so much that I literally can’t keep my feelings bottled up. I want to confess my feelings to him if I find out he won’t be in a class with me next semester with us, so that I don’t make things awkward if we are in the same class. I know it doesn’t make sense to confess feelings to someone when even if they were interested, because most likely they wouldn’t be willing to wait for me (for my education to be over in two years, and waiting for sex with me until possible marriage) But he has come to mean the world to me that if there's a chance he would be willing to wait for me, I feel compelled to confess.

I think he does like at least somewhat because I saw a look of sadness when he saw me ask his friend a question, and even though his friend was about to help me, he immediately cut in so that he was the only one helping me. When he sits beside me, I’ve seen him countless times openly staring (sometimes smiling at me randomly), reading texts I was sending to my friend (I even caught him once and he continued to try to read anyways for another 10 seconds lol), he openly eavesdrops a lot on me in class, etc.

If you were in your 20's and truly liked a girl, and she confessed feelings for you but she explained that she was in the same situation that I am in, would you be willing to wait for her, as in go your own separate ways for a few years and then date without sex? Or would you think she was being ridiculous for asking so much?

Two people are clearly interested. they hag out every day but not alone. neither is seeing anyone. so far they have each asked the other out once. starting with the boy. it didn't happen bc each made an excuse. i think they got nervous but I don't know. i convinced the girl to ask him out again and i was there, he totally dodged the question. but he was completely focused on her the whole time. always is. smh.
its just getting annoying bc there's huge energy and they take up all the free time i have with her but they won't do anything alone. id rather they just date so i can hang out with her again in between class.

i dont want to interfere by talking to him, but i feel like this is unnecessarily fucked up and time wasting. whats the deal. both are exotic. he's pretty cute she's thought to be beautiful by some. I don't know both cute. common interests. both a bit 'different'. thoughtful. loner tendencies though they clearly like people.. so i dont get the issue.

So I'm going out with a friend from work in three days, we're just hanging out at the mall. I was thinking about going out to dinner with him as well, however he's trying to save his money right now for a bill that's coming up due soon. He said it would depend if he has the money at the moment if we go to dinner or not. I offered to pay for it, and suggested he pay if we ever go out for a second time. He agreed. Is it okay for a girl to pay for a guy? I have no problem with it once so ever, however, I've had two friends tell me its a bad idea.
