Search Results: do i miss being with someone

I saved some of the sweet stuff he wrote me in my notes everything i tell him i mean it because i am an honest person but do you think that he’s telling the truth in what he wrote or is he just acting? He has been in 3 relationships and I’ve only been in one real relationship. Here are some things that he wrote:

When i told him “ you’re always making me smile To me you’re special too you’re definitely one of a kind I don’t think i’ll ever meet someone as wonderful and amazing as you i’m very glad to have met a guy like you ♥️ i’m speaking from my heart“ He also told me something like us being apart only made his feelings grow stronger by the hour. Also we’re not dating yet but we both mutually like each other and his bumble is still there but it hasn’t been updated it’s kind of old i don’t think i should expect him to delete it since we’re not dating yet. Ever since our college closed I’ve been the one inviting him over to meet my parents which he said he was willing to do since the beginning.

A colleague implied that today at work. You see earlier in the day I was waiting for another colleague & these two (the one claiming eavesdropping & my colleague) were chatting. I wasn't about to leave the area - least I missed the person I was waiting for - so I walked closer to the far side of the room. I even talked with someone else to pass some time.

I admit I'm offended (/hurt) & disappointed as I certainly haven't done anything to warrant that sort of claim particularly when as said it was obvious I wasn't "listening in" per se by being well across the room. It makes it a bit worse as a couple weeks ago I did something for one of his direct colleagues that I certainly didn't have to (so he should know I'm not like the norm around here).
