What is your favorite "Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One" movie?

Marvel has made a point in recent years to string their movies together in one big continuity. Ultimately leading up to the big hit of last year, (Marvel's) The Avengers. If you had to choose, what would you say is your favorite film (or films, in Iron Man's case) out of the franchise? Oh and please do explain why.

Inspired by one of Robotic's more recent polls, I've decided to ask a few of my own, based on a similar theme.

'Well.. I must say I love everything about your profile. Heck I think I would even sit through a legally blond film with you, just to be there :P I like to think I tick all the boxes you described in that section.

I really like that you're into film making, I've always been the one person I know to watch specific film scenes over and over to appreciate amazing cinematography. For example the dunkirk scene from Atonement where the camera rolls continuously for around 5-7 minutes and everything just falls into place! Children of men has a lot of those long uncut scenes and it just amazes me when I watch them, thinking how many times they had to do it and the dedication it must have taken to keep trying until they got it right.

I'm torn though. In your profile you say you don't want to be seen for just your looks, but also love to be told you're beautiful, and by God that word comes to mind when I see your pictures. But I suppose I'm alright because I spent more time reading your profile in awe then checking you out haha.

The things I like about myself are written in my own description if you want to check that out after seeing what I look like, or maybe before as it'd give me a better chance, but like everyone else I have my own insecurities and I'm not perfect regardless of my aim to be for other people's sake. Like the whole time writing this I'm terrified I'm investing time and emotion writing you a big long message and at my current success rate (0) I may not even get a reply back. I'd prefer a 'no thanks' to silence. Closure is always good :)

Now I know the Forces lads are open to a lot of criticism about the way a lot of us act but I hope you don't throw me in with their lot. I can honestly say I've never had or wanted to have a one night stand and I'm not looking to get one here. I'd love to cuddle up with you and watch a horror film, but I'm worried I may be the one hiding behind your hand, and not vice versa :P Or we could watch something visually striking and beautiful. Films that come to mind are 'What dreams may come', 'Atonement', 'Sunshine' and my personal favorite (which sadly no one seems to have heard of) 'Moon'.

Being in the navy the whole romantic meal on a boat might be made a bit more realistic, though hopefully you won't get seasick and, ofcourse, if you do I'd look after you and tell you it's no big deal, it happens to a lot of people :P One last thing before I cap the bottle and send it into the unknown waters of a beautiful girls inbox. 'Walk on the beach on a horse'. I've never riden a horse and I have a suspicion I'd be terrible at it and end up in A&E haha. I'm sure there's a lot we could talk about on a theoretical date, much to the annoyment of the other cinema goers (But really, silence please) and I do hope you consider giving me a chance to shine for you because you can be sure that I will.'
