Well this is a repost with a poll this time. I've liked this guy for a while and I've analyzed his motives just as he has towards me. I don't want to jump to conclusions but I would like to know if he does like or return feels for me? Any love experts out there at all? What's your thoughts what would you do thoughts?

My dad has never met my boyfriend and so, because im his only daughter and had bad relationships before, he obviously didn't like this guy but was open to meeting him as he wanted to know him.

Before dad wanted to meet him, my boyfriend asked me what my dad thought of him-he wanted the honest truth. I told him what my dad thought however, I let him know my dad wanted to meet him. My boyfriend was upset because dad didn't like him and then told me a story about how his grandfather fought against family to marry his grandmum... I assumed maybe he wants me to fight for him. So I thought I'm going to try harder and fight for what I want. I talked to dad and dad said he didn't want to interfere with my life, wants me to be happy and wants to meet him. I went back to my boyfriend, but now he told me he's lost interest in me because of what dad thought of him before they even met!!! and now he's just giving me the silent treatment, cold shoulder and ignoring me. What should I do? I feel like I've wasted time :(

Despite the fact we were (kinda) close in our younger years, over the past three years, we really have grew apart.

If anything, my auntie has always been good to me for example, buying me things for when I went to uni and looking out for me etc. She always tried to get her daughter (my cousin) and I to be close.

Anyway, my cousin is now getting married in a few months time. The last time her and I spoke properly was about 3 year ago. It got to the point where I'd message her, but all she'd be interested in would be regarding my life, but she'd never tell me anything about her life/ignore me once she got the information about my life that she wanted.

Then, she got engaged. I was one of the last to know, in fact, my mum told me before she did and I was quite annoyed at that. She Facebook messaged me but then ignored my messages pretty much.

Her engagement took place early last year... and she did try to arrange for me to meet her fiancé once, but I couldn't due to work. It wasn't until December just passed that I met the guy and that's only because she brought him round to my house to see if my dad could fix her car. It was a five minute meeting and all we exchanged were 'hellos'.

Her hen party is this weekend. All of her well-to-do perfect friends are attending and it's going to be quite a posh affair. My cousin hasn't mentioned the hen party to me once. Her chief bridesmaid sent me an invite though.

In my gut, I'm genuinely dreading it. Genuinely. I have no notion of going, and I feel like it won't really make any odds if I go or not anyway. I just feel so distant from her now, and I feel like I'm not important to her.

So yeah, am I being selfish here? I am a little stressed, not sure if that's why I feel like this :/
