A guy I knew is in prison for ‘rape.’
He brought a girl home from a club, he says that she gave consent.

However, later she said she can’t remember if she gave consent so pulled the rape card.

Of course no one is going to believe the guy over the girl. So he’s in prison, his name is destroyed and he won’t be able to find a job soon. Also, there is no evidence to say he raped her.

I think it’s unfair, as sex while being drunk is common for students these days. The only reason he is in prison is become women are always seen as victims.
Also, rape is such a harsh word for him to have in this circumstance. I think it’s all the girl’s fault for not taking responsibility and destroying other lives.

2 days ago, a 17yo boy, A*, stabbed another 17yo boy, K*, 20 times. K* died. At first, police thought it was a stupid story of K* looking at A* the wrong way (which is an excuse often given to justify agressions aroud here).
Then, after investigation, they started to suspect K* girlfriend, we'll call her M*. She told the police she didn't knew A* and didn't know why it happened.
But, after interrogation, M* confessed that she set a trap to K*. She also admitted that A* was an ex boyfriend.
K* broke up with M* shortly before, and she couldn't stand it. She told A* that K* had beaten and raped her, and they agreed to trap him. She lead him to a nearby park, where A* was waiting in a bush, He jumped on him and stabbed him 20 times, killing him.

I've heard stuff quite unbelievable on that story, and I wanted you opinion on it. Who's guilty here? And who can be considered as a victim? And why?
