Hi everyone. I’m helping direct a skit for an off-campus adult comedy show. The show will be seen mostly by students from our nearby college and all of the actors are from the school as well, so they are in the 18-21 age range for the most part.

Basically our skit will consist of a small adult comedy theme. During part of that routine, some of the actors will need to act as ‘strippers’ at a club. Here is the debate: For the skit, it doesn’t matter if it is the males that act as strippers with the females watching or if the females act as strippers with the males watching…but it has to be one way or the other for the skit to work and be comical.

The ‘strippers’ will be down to their underwear and depending on how we do the skit, there may be a very short portion of nudity. Obviously this is an adult oriented show for college students 18+, so that is not a concern.

It seems most of the group thinks it would be better to have the guys strip down to boxers and I agree, but wanted your thoughts. Personally I don't think I would be comfortable asking the ladies to strip in front of their male classmates, but guys usually don't care if girls see them in boxers or even nude. Girls would probably be teased or harassed, whereas most people would probably find it funny for the guys to strip.

So we are leaning towards letting the ladies keep their clothing on and have the males do the strip routine to their underwear or possible briefly nude. But I wanted to see what everyone else thought was best. So what do you think?

We have a class at night together and he sits at my table, he has always been friendly but that is just part of his personality. I don't have his number and we don't follow each other on social media. I usually longboard to and from class and the other night we walked outside of the building together and we started talking. We walked together to my building (20 min walk, he lives in the building across) and spoke about stuff you wouldn't regularly talk about with classmates such as religious views etc... this is my first time asking a question and thought the poll thing was cool so please vote and respond

I had a classmate in middle school and junior high. We never associated then.

Toward the end of my first year of college he started poking me on FB. We started talking one day out of the blue. It was generally about school and then slowly and gradually became about ourselves. I started developing a crush on him. In order to avoid getting my heart broken I broke all contact.

Recently, we got to talking again. This time through text (which makes people more readily available, mind). We are more in touch now than we ever were. Our interests in books, music, and movies overlap to a large extent.

Now here's the issue - He often calls me "pretty" and "cute" and "cutie" and "smart" and "open-minded" and "a good reader" and "having a good vocabulary". He keeps joking about my "fair" complexion. He calls me by the pet name that only my family and my oldest friends use for me (without my asking him to do so). He once said that I and everything I say is so cute that it's hard for him to remain serious sometimes.

He often also gives me serious advice about how I should do or not do certain things because they are not good for me.

He has had many flings in the past. He once confided in me that he used to chat up multiple girls at one time. He also told me about his latest crush. But a few days ago he told me that he has matured and will take relationships more seriously now. Also, for him brains are more important than looks.[This info was just so you could maybe get to know the guy a little.]

I am a little overweight but with average to passable looks. [info so you can understand whether he would like a girl like me]

So... is all the complimenting and talking for hours on text flirting on his part [as all my friends tell me it is]? Or is he being nice? Because he is a very sweet person per se. [I, of course, have a crazy crush on him!! :) ]

I'm a huge supporter of gender equality. Yay! Is it true, though, that some guys will really feel emasculated to the point that it would make them uncomfortable if a girl makes the first move and asks them out? What about if you're only acquaintances with her (colleagues, classmates, etc.), instead of friends?
