The first time we had a class with him, I was on the back of the classroom and he started asking me questions about the subject. It was so annoying because I dislike answering questions when I don't know the answer. Anyway, now I sit on the front and he leans on my desk every time we have class with him and I have to sit straight because I don't want to look at his junk when he's talking. So I have to look up while he talks and it makes me feel uncomfortable. He keeps asking me questions even tho I don't raise my hand up. A few days ago I was in another desk and he was on the other side of the classroom asking questions and next thing I know, he was walking towards the "door" (which it's next to me) but he did a turn, leaned on my desk, looked at my notes and asked me about the homework. Which btw, he could have asked the students that were in front of him. A moment later we started working on teams and he was giving the instructions next to me and he was leaning on the back of my desk and I had to move my body to the opposite side because his junk was at my elbow level because he was so close to me. I think that I touched his pants or something accidentally because I didn't realize he was still next to me when he stopped talking. It's annoying, uncomfortable and it pisses me off sometimes :(. Sometimes I think he wants to exploit my potential and perhaps he thinks he's doing me a favor by asking me questions and my opinion in some subjects because I'm shy. But honestly, there are other classmates that haven't talked in any of his class, he should keep and eye on them instead of asking questions to the same persons. Also, in one class while he was leaning on my desk, I could hear another student saying "He always leans on X's desk" and he didn't give a fuck, I would worry about that because it could pass as something inappropriate for my classmates and his other students.

He's young. I would say in his mid twenties maybe? So no, I doubt he has a daughter. Easy A? I would rather burn my eyebrows studying than having sex for my notes, no thanks. I have to sit on the front because I can't see shit when I'm on the back.

When I was in another desk a few days ago, I thought he wasn't going to give me attention because I'm far from the "focus point" of the classroom. When he saw my notes, it make me feel uncomfortable because he had a lot of students near him.
