My ex ended things with me over something that could of been easily solved. I worded something wrong and he got hurt and i've apologized.. He played with my emotions for a couple weeks. During one of our conversation he asked me hypothetical about taking a break and said it wasn't going to happen. Long story short he ended things. At first he said we can be friends and he said he would leave it up to me to be friends/social media. I changed my status and profile pics and he did the same thing after me but kept a picture of us two on his social media. He ended up blocking me on social media and told me it would be temporarily for him to get over the "pain" then he blocked me on where we were texting after i said i was going to delete/block. I did noticed he was on a dating app and used my pic i took of him and you could still see my jacket and a part of my hair in this picture.

I have long (just below mid-back lenth), thick, dark brown hair. Sometimes I love it, sometimes it bores me. I've pretty much never dyed it because the darkness makes it difficult. I tried doing a little copper balayage last year for a change and it literally did not show up. I sometimes feel like a change - but I don't want to lose length as its taken me some years to get it this long and I think it suits me better than short. I am not wanting to go blonde as it will just damage my hair and to be honest it is not going to suit me (black eyebrows and pale skin). I've had some thoughts on attempting ginger/redhead for my hair, but I am not sure. It is the only colour I know for certain will suit my features (very pale skin and green eyes). But, I would not want it to look red -red, but rather more natural so I don't know how achievable that is. Or should I just accept that beautiful brunette is just me?
