Okay, so I had a crush on a white guy and he ended up liking me back so we are going out. Now it's been a year and for our anniversary, he wants to finally meet my parents. I'm scared of him doing so because my family do not approve of me dating a white guy and if I even considered marrying him they would die and exclude me of the family because no one in my family is of mixed race. Having kids they would roll over in their graves. They are that racist and I hate it. Not only white people, but Mexicans and other races. It's absolutely ridiculous. I just wanted to know whether to tell him about how my family is and what to do? What would you do in this situation?

I got into a huge argument with my parents and my dad said that. I said "that's a stupid opinion, you're so racist". He got mad and said it's not racist. Which it IS, because he's practically calling everyone else that's not my nationality stupid.
I think he might be an atheist also.
As you can see, by my grammar and punctuation / spelling.. I'm stupid, so Maybe I'm from a different nationality to him._.
I'm really pissed off. If you can tell.

Does skin colour matter to guys? I'm black, and in my school which is 99.9% white in a very white neighbour like the poshest place in the city! 98% of my boyfriends have been white & it didn't bother me till now! I'm a very good looking girl don't get me wrong eg. I was voted the top 3 most stunning girls in my year group but I now feel like a minority. There's a guy who I like and ave kissed him 2 times but he said to his cousin, who is my best friend, that he likes blondes. And I'm not blonde, so does that mean he hates black girls? Also now I'm kinda stopping to like white guys only because I'm scared for them to take me home to meet their parents! Also does race really matter & give me your opinion on what your parents would say if you broke home a different race! by the way if you say yeas it doesn't mean you're racist, it's just an opinion x

Most of the racist post on here are towards black people and they receive a lot of comments... racist comments. So I was wondering (you can answer anonymous) how many blacks, whites, hispanics, Asians, indians, other are on this site. How many are racist & how many are not racist? If you are racist please comment& state if you are racist and why you are racist (parents, grandparents, own personal experience). If you're not you can also state why.

Am the only one who is terrified to have a son because I'm scared what the world would do to him? I feel like I would want to shelter him so much, the world treats boys so bad. I don't want a dead son, I don't want a son whose locked up and i don't want a son who is being bullied.
I want to shelter him from racist and people who consistently point out people's differences in a negative way.
I know that I'm going to be the parent who will let her daughter out a night, but I wouldn't let my son out because there are too many bad things that could happen to him.
We do hear that girls are threatened more but if we look at statistics we can see that's just not true.

I tend to think people in my birth cohort are far less racist than their parents. Which to me is great. I was just wondering do others feel the same way?
