They can get away with being a bad boy because they are attractive. If they weren't physically attractive, they wouldn't get away with it.

It's not that girls go for bad boys...it's because they generally are attractive. Come on girls, back me up on this!

If a nice guy was physically attractive, he would probably get just as many, if not more, girls as the bad boy.

Not to sound gay, and not that I have anything against it, but I've yet to see a bad boy that is unattractive. They usually are fit, tall, square jaw, and wear nice fitting clothes. So I personally think guys should just get over it...I'm tired of seeing these questions "Why do girls always go for the dirtbags?"

So again, girls...back me up on this!

Everyone I've advised, or that has given me advice, usually receives the answer "be yourself".. Well, I'd like to see the guys and the ladies perspectives on both "what's attractive in the qualities I list" as well as "what I could change to be more attractive".. If you HONESTLY think there is nothing I could change to become more attractive, feel free to say so - but also please state your reasoning.

The real me:

- 9/10 times I meet women, I am absolutely confused on how to approach. Usually I don't approach out of fear of rejection, but sometimes I find the striking qualities in her that just make me jump for it. After I've approached her - I usually choke proceeding into something more; sometimes I get a phone number, sometimes I get a second date (she offers we should meet up or the like); but usually ending in the fact that I don't like wasting my time trying to think of a reason to call.

This will be broken up into parts so as to make it easier to read.

- I've been the gay best friend for thousands of women

- I've dated only a select handful of those women

(*Note* - the ones I dated where usually front me asking them on a date the minute I first met them (in most cases))

- I am a very open guy with a gigantic caring heart

- I am very silent with my anger, I take it out on objects, not people

etc..

I've also recently been trying things like "teasing" and "being cocky".. but still no change in results.. For some women yes, but for the majority, no..

I'm not worried the least bit about women, sex, or anything else.. It would just be nice to be able to "meet and discover" different types of women for several reasons:

First and foremost, I want to find mrs. right.. I can't find her if I don't get out there.. But I can't get out there if I'm unaware of why I'm shut down in 99% of cases.. Second, I like to be a social bug (and that might be another reason why women avoid me, I am constantly with women or adding women online, but it's not like I'm saying: "Hey sexy wanna come over and watch a movie?".. It's different, just trust me on that.. But still give insight)... And lastly - I can't change if I don't experience. I'm a hands-on type of guy, I don't read about this sh*t and go "oh that's what I need to change".. Instead I have to have the woman smack me upside the head and go "listen dude.. your f***ing up".. And me respond by going: "Thanks for the info but the smack was uninvited, goodbye"

.. Please please please, read it thoroughly and give me your best insights.. If you have any questions first - or want to help me on a more deep level, I'll happily go into detail.. Just let me know because I am not understanding this at all.

While it sounds cliche - it doesn't seem like the "nice guy finishes first".. It seems like he's the "backup plan" for when people have gotten tired of being used and abused.. (girl meets jackass, girl and guy fight, girl gets pregnant, divorce, more drama, girl meets nice guy...?)
