My boyfriend and I are a bit stumped as we're headed to a friend's house party for Halloween... it's our first Halloween together and at first we felt it was a tacky idea to do a couple's costume, but we decided to show our creativity as a couple... what would make for a great pair? Cast you votes or ideas below please!

I know these aren't alien-like skirts but which looks the best? I'm going to a Halloween party as an alien.

So Halloween is around the corner and I've got my 4 year old niece wanting to dress up as Hello Kitty and a 14 year old and 16 year old cousin (sisters, whom I feel are borderline... or perhaps too old?) telling me they are dressing up as the Grady twins from "The Shining" with a group of other friends to go trick-or-treating. Heck, I also know of a few friends in college and uni who are still on campus who'll be dressing up in ridiculous outfits to get candy before going to house parties 🤦‍♀️

I personally stopped trick or treating once I hit middle school and I gave out candy and dressed up at my house/a friend's instead or was always invited to a house party that turned into a sleepover were my friends and I would binge watch in watching various scary movies. It's just odd to be walking the streets with little ones that are dressed as crayons, bumble bees, princesses... then seeing "sexy-fied" versions of those costumes on pre-teens 😕

So how old is too old for trick-or-treating? Are there rules to it? What are your thoughts on 6 feet tall dressed up bananas or Snow Whites who need to wear a bra? 🤔
