In order for me to receive financial aid to attend college. My parents have to hand over there tax information.. However they are refusing to do so, and the tax numbers they gave me were wrong on my FASFA.. i am considered a Dependent student because I live with them during the Winter breaks and summer breaks of college. Unless I have a Child or no longer live with them.. I cannot be considered an independent student. 😒. Every year I am have been selected for random FASFA verification where they request my parents tax info Again after I complete my original FASFA to make sure everything is Correct because the information they give me NEVER matches what’s in my parents actual taxes. This is Literally the only thing holding me up from starting school again. When I was in college last semester, I met this older guy who really likes me and we went out a lot of times and he took me shopping. Even tho I don’t like him like that, should I just ask him to move in with him.. because I feel like that is my only option for continuing school. I don’t know where to find a roommate so I can get an apartment. I’m a Biology major at Georgia State. I don’t want to take a semester off school because that will push my graduation date back.. 😞 I told my school the situation but They said I cannot file a “Special circumstances “ paper because my parents are not dead and I Am Not a foster child.. my mom refuses to give me her tax information but is Already talking about how she’s going to claim me on Her taxes so she can receive money for having a kid in college.. I hate my life!! I swear I work so hard.. all For this to happen to Me💔😞

I’m a 20 year old college student, I’m a junior and I hate going back home during summer breaks because my family and I don’t get along, and I think they’re toxic. so I want to move out. I made a list of estimated expenses that I will be paying for. Do you think 2,600 per month income will be enough for a single bed room apartment for just me? I’m not planning on buying living room furniture (Sofa, living room tv, dinning table) because I will not be having a guest.. I don’t have friends like that. Below is what I totaled it up to..
