I was mentally tortured for months by my ex jj, i found out he wasn't on his meds. I begged for months for us to be together. He is my first true love. He has new meds and is doing therapy. I have a current boyfriend named Jude, whom i do not know if I wanna stay with. Yes I am happy, but most things come before me to him. Jj wants me back and has become a better person. No matter what they will both be in my life. I feel myself wanting jj back. But then i feel guilty because im with Jude. Jj won't let me go and will continue to fight. We have been friends for years. I am lost and I do not know if i should go back to jj and let him have a second chance or stay with Jude. Please help.

Yeah, that happened to me today.
I met this guy around the time I was having problems with my now ex boyfriend.
I asked a question about something he was doing.
Then he replied with his opinion and then we talked for a while and eventually it moved on to private messaging.
I reallyyy LIKED this guy and he helped me realize me and my exboyfriend's relationship wasn't healthy.
We talked for like hours that night and I just really LIKED him but it was just a crush.
The thing is though I just got out of a bad relationship.
I didn't want to get into a relationship yet.
I told him this once I realized we might be catching feelings for each other.
At the time I feel like I was in a really bad place.
Me and my ex were together for 2 yearsit was a serious relationship.
I wasn't sure what I was feeling for him but I was sure that I liked him.
Here's the twist this all happened over the course of 4 days! 4 days.
So I think yesterday he told me he loved me.
I wasn't sure what to think and I wanted to keep him around but I didn't feel like I was in love with him.
But I told him I loved him anyway mainly because I didn't want to hurt him.
So he started saying it more and the more I said it the guiltier I felt.

It was a mess.
He was not listening.
He was convinced that I was scared?
And told me to follow my heart.
I am following my heart my heart is saying no.
I also told him that I have a hard time saying no to people.
I really feel like he took advantage of me.
I am in a bad place right now.
I don't want another relationship right now, and he says he loves me?
When we've only been talking for like 4 days!
I'm just confused and tired.
I admit I was so wrong for doing that l apologized multiple times.
I just still wish he didn't say that to me I liked him but never loved.
I didn't want to hurt his feelings but I think it would have been better if I had just told him.
