He also has plenty of assets in his name, and his net asset value (i.e., his net worth) is almost $500 million. Unfortunately, he's cheap and frugal. He has a full-time accountant paying close attention to everything he spends and recommending ways to be more financially efficient - and he always listens to his accountant. (i.e., you would only have access to about $18,000 of A's disposable income per year).

Guy B is pretty normal in terms of wealth. He's a high school teacher that makes $48,000 a year. His net worth is just below $20,000. Yet, he's extremely generous and a very giving person. He goes all out on gifts, all out on dates, and tries his best to give his partner what she wants in terms of housing, clothes, cars, etc. and to give his children what they want. (i.e., you would have access to about $36,000 of B's disposable income per year).
