I am having my intern in one of the best banks and as a financial management holder. Yea it is a great opportunity and I felt very blessed. But when I come there and work longer , I realized my staff trainor is not good and was very inconsiderate and disrespectful to me. He only limit me to one task which is filing and then after the folders are done he let me go to the stock room and put the folders and also arrange the others. The stock room is dusty and there are cockroaches. He even did not help me carrying those heavy folders. Until I can't take it anymore and told the head manager about it. then he was called and being told by the manager to not allow me enter the stock room. But then, he did not listen and gets worse, he still let me file in the stock room in longer hours, the staff, head manager, clients and even supervisor noticed it. I realized he dont know to follow rules. when i passed into the cr, i heard him talking to other staff and he said "I swear I will get revenge to her evaluation and grade". And that words worry me because I am a student with Honor. So last night, I think hard what to do until one company suddenly calls me to join their internship program. Then the next day I personally approached to write a letter to the manager and said that I will be only next week and also approach the other higher positions that I will be leaving. They said "yes, its okay.." "thanks too" . The highest head in the company has told me that "You dont have to report her by next week, your hours will be just waster".. and said okay. Did I make a right decision? Did I approach the managers well?
