So I did a little experiment the past couple months. Hardly any dedication, but I'm a well known member on here and not very liked by a lot of people. I made several questions under the anonymous feature posting pictures of myself and my body that no one has ever seen on this website under my account. Some of them had filters and others did not.

These pictures that I posted anonymously.. I was told that I was hot, sexy, and above average in a lot of ways. I even had girls telling me to message them on gag/social media. Of course I got some haters but "coincidentally", the haters who decided to hate without going anon.. were unattractive. Some people said my pics weren't even me. Some people did recognize me as well.

When I post pictures without going anon, everyone will sit there and tell me I'm ugly or unattractive in some way, shape, or form. When I go anon.. I'm suddenly very attractive. I sort of just wanted to prove my theory to myself and that's why I did it.

This is a community based forum in which some people are very liked and others are not so liked. Their personality is played into account on that rating. I'm not saying that people deliberately do this every time either. It can very well happen subconsciously. This person might have a lot of personal values conflicting with yours which makes you feel resentment for this person and therefore not being able to rate their physical appearance from a logical perspective.

I think people rate high when they think they have a shot with with that person. I mean this is the only website in which I see legitimately below average people being rated as 7/10s while legitimate 7/10s are seen as "fake" looking. The word "fake" implies unobtainable. This is direct evidence that people rate lower when they know they they wouldn't have a shot with this person in real life.

I also just think that this website is just beyond politically correct sometimes trying to spare everyone's feelings. It just creates delusion.

In any way that is. Price, performance, how much you pay and what you get for it, making the most bang for the buck, camera quality, security protocols, features, special abilities, design, battery quality, sound quality, apps, overall rating etc...

You could try to take some smartphones in comparison to the iPhone to suit your needs as a customer. Or compare those smartphones to what an everyday customer would look for.

The reason I am asking this question is because it came to my awareness of Apple's agenda of overpricing their products by double of their real value, so you end up paying at least twice the price of what you are actually getting. I could think of a few smartphone models from at least a few years after their release, which beat the current iPhones.

So I asked based on my ID pics in pm before (which tbh is truly how I look in real life) in which I was chubbier (still kind of am) and in my opinion quite ugly looking and I got told I am cute, handsome etc and rated 8+. Then I posted my gif and cherrypicked selfie in ideal lighting in a HDIL question which makes my face look incredibly chiseled, like perfect cheekbones, jaw, chin, everything and I got rated 5-6/10 lol.

It was after I had asked her about how she felt about the spectral power distribution coming off LED lights these days and if she's found CRI ratings to be misleading that I realized she had no clue what I was talking about.

Seriously though, it would be really cool to meet a girl who shares some of the same interests as me and challenges me to get better.

Do you guys have trouble finding people with the same interests as you?

There isn't really a way to quantify someone's appearance completely. Also you don't look as bad as ur worst pic and nowhere close to as good as ur best one. Also ratings will never tell you the WHY as to u got a good/ bad rating. Next to any average guy/ girl that is well groomed and fit enough would be rated high since most people don't have facial ratios a lot out of the norm. If ur serious, you would want to know ur flaws rather than ur numerical rate and work on fixing/ concealing them.
