Search Results: scared of getting hurt

I am 22 and I work at the company (just a begginer). But I have completed 5 certifications. And also done some automation tasks which will impress my manager and mentors. Even my parents are surprised and pleased that I completed so many things in such a short span. I have been working here for couple of months now. I stay away from my home to the place where I don't know the local language. I am a big time introvert too. Have a little afraid of crowd soul.

So there are some other begginers too, they speak local language and are more friendly and open to each other. They are around 15-20 people. They got to know about my accomplishments and now they tend to find mistakes in me. They make fun of me on my back (sometimes on my face) but I can't and don't do anything about it. I am just not that person who will laugh it out or fight back. They know that. I am just calm person who would rather do his work and avoid any contact with them. My mom don't want me to get into fights and stay away. So she suggested that I should get my workspace shifted to another floor. And if I do that I can work with peace and no one will disturb me. But I am afraid that it will be clearly visible to them that I got scared and ran away or maybe it might hurt them. Or maybe they will think that i am afraid to face them. But truth is that i want to accomplish more and more things without getting bothered by anyone. and if I sit around them that's not possible whatsoever. I just can't work efficiently work when there is bullshit going on around me.!!

Unfortunately, if I do change the place, I will be lonely and away from them. No one will be there to talk to me. Bcoz on the another floor all are seniors and no one wastes their time talking and stuff. But in a way that's some entertainment to work in.

Should I change my workspace? Or not?
I just can't make the decision.
