I N T E Rested... that is until I got to know him. I liked the way he made me feel, I liked how I could be myself around him, I liked how we both laugh && tease each other... they way he made me blush && smile every time I thought about him and the way he made me forget that anyone else existed. At first (last year) I knew he didn't like me but towards the beginning of this school year... I wasn't so sure. We hung out a few times, had an unofficial-official date, we kissed. (I asked him to). We almost had sex, but I wasn't ready and he respected that. From the side if you saw us together, you'd think we were crazy for one another. But I pushed for a relationship && he denied me. I stropped talking to him because I couldn't stand liking him that much and staying with him... while he didn't want me like that. I felt like it would be torture and that he led me on. So I told him to delete my number. && I haven't talked to him for a month now and I've been absolutely miserable I cried, and usually being a happy person.. there was a week or two where I was the worst person to be around. I wouldn't smile and I was the crabbiest person. Iv'e gotten better but there are still times where I cry and feel numb and miserable without him. I honestly, miss him... a lot. Iv'e been thinking about trying to be his friend again but I'm not sure I should. He hurt me when he made me feel that way, was that way with me only to tell me he didn't want a relationship. I just want to see him again, have him hug me at least once. I want to be just friends and only friends again but I'm not sure if I should or not. Should I?

it's been like 41/2 years now, I admit it started when he still had a girlfriend but we both felt horrible about it and he told her right away and they broke up. I had started dating some one else, but when that ended he called me to see if i was ok, and became my shoulder to lean on. we saw each other over the course of a year but never defined it, I knew he wasn't over his last relationship fully because I know he loved her and they had been together since high school (almost a decade) he got jealous one night and incredibly angry and would not talk to me. I left for a long time, then I heard from him. again. and again. and I had missed him so much, so i saw him. This time things felt right, things felt wonderful, he was just as kind and thoughtful of me as ever, even without sex. but he still couldn't talk about relationships. I just don't know what the fuck he expected of me. we admitted deep feelings for each other, tell each other things no one else knows. but I had to end it again because after 2 months again he wouldn't commit to me. I don't understand him, he can't seem to stay away from me for very long, but I always have to end it and if I tell him i never want to see him again he begs me to take it back, that he could see himself with me, that he knows he could love me. But right now I am so hurt after having broken it off again. I have blocked him, I haven't talked to him at all, I miss him so much it hurts. I don't know what I can do, if anything, but he is so so good to me aside from this and tries so hard to try to get me to understand where he is coming from but i just can't. I don't know what he's scared of, I know he really likes me to have come back all this time, why not just get a new girl? I miss him so much, I feel heartbroken.

after a grueling week of doing everything wrong like begging & crying for him back which led to him being really angry at me for continuously calling & him asking to be left alone... my ex invited me to sleep over for a weekend (i know its weird.. the flip flop was shocking to me)& i agreed, we finally met up... i assume it was cause he wanted to have sex even though he had called me crazy for a week straight. We had a "closure session"... prior to this i hadn't been able to go a day without calling & texting till he answered, after the weekend i was finally able to go full NC. we cried together and said we could be friends eventually. He broke up with me & knows i want to be with him... he says not a chance in hell due to my insecurities & he thinks we can be best friends in the future but nothing more (i know -.-) in a stark contrast he also proposed to continue having a sexually exclusive relationship, but i told him i couldnt do it. last thing said was that he'd keep checking up on me. Its only been a week NC... but im pretty sure he will text me before the 30 days are up, we agreed to check in on each other, if i just ignore him when he does... won't he just assume im playing stupid games to get him back? its only been a week but i already feel 10x better... my feelings are fading... there is something about knowing without a doubt a man doesn't want you (he explicitly said he isn't inlove anymore or want me romantically) that makes it easier... i actually do think we can be friends in the future though at the moment i want more. just asking if i should still be NC for the 30 days if i already told him he could check in.. if i ignore and contact him after a month.. wouldn't he be turned off further from any sort of relationship platonic or otherwise? it'd be like he gave me an olive branch of friendship when i want more & i turned it down... what do you guys think?
