Search Results: not returning phone calls

Ok I know this is the most chicken way to do this. I have hung out with this guy a couple of times and I can tell he is interested in me but is shy about saying anything. A few days ago we had a phone conversation and I said we should meet for drinks and he was all about it and sounded super excited, then he kind of mumbled "when do you want to meet" I didn't hear him super clearly so I asked him what he said and he was like" oh never mind" ... he sounded nervous on the phone, but a couple days ago I asked if he wanted to meet on Friday (today) on messenger, he said maybe but he might have plans, I messaged him to let me know, then I never heard anything, I called last night and left a vm, and he didn't return my call, messaged him again today and asked if he wanted to meet and he said he can't tonight because it was a friends birthday today... my gut feeling is that he has feelings for me but isn't sure how I feel and I want to tell him... I know it's best face to face or even on the phone, but I've tried both of those and I'm not getting anywhere. I still think he likes me, I don't think his feelings would have changed THAT much in a few days... what do you guys think about emailing him? Thank you for reading this: )

I usually answer my phone as soon as I get the text or phone call unless I`m sleeping or my phone is dead.. I know some guy friend who will not answer for hours or even days sometimes my boyfriend does this sometimes as well today I went to call him and see when he would be back I`d left something at his house the last time I saw him and was hoping to get it today since I would probably need it soon.. so I called and no answer so I sent a quick text asking if he was busy today and if he knew when he was going to be back by explaining that I was hoping to see him for a bit and get what I`d forgotten at his place today if he wasn't to busy and if he wasn't able to that I could get it when he wasn't as busy.. A few hours went by maybe 2-3 when he texted me back saying he was still there and so I just told him I could get it another day that he wasn't busy.. Its just something I`ve noticed that it can take anywhere from a few hours to a day sometimes before a reply is made by some other people I know and my boyfriend where as I know others who always answer instantly almost.. I will send a text in the morning when I know they`d mostly likely be up and hear back by a few hours at most a day so I'm wondering is this common for you guys to take a long time to send a text back or return a phone call? Its just something I`ve noticed it happens to some of my friends as well. I know most people aren't married to their phones so to speak lol.

I met a guy at a club and we hooked up. He was complimenting and teasing me, very sweet. I texted him and he wrote back carefully but stopped suddenly. Suddenly I ran into him totally unexpected on a party. He made up a girlfriend and that he therefore couldn’t text back. I told him I would like to be friends with benefits. He asked back three times if I wasn’t after a relationship and I denied which is the truth. I later got mad by his assumption and lie that I texted him he would be delusional to think I’d ever consider a relationship with him. We later spoke and he wanted me to join him. After making sure that I was watching him, I saw him chatting with a girl. I then totally lost it and slapped him for being disrespectful and left. He constantly texted me and was trying to quiet me. Since I was mad I insulted him very badly! He later called and begged me. When he picked me up he looked like a nervous wreck and when I kissed him he wouldn’t really return the kiss and held my hand in a limp way. One of his friends made a nasty remark I therefore got scared and left. He didn’t notice and was really upset and begged me to come to his place but I didn’t. One week later I felt bad for insulting him and went to his place to apologize in person. He was very cold and was hiding his feelings. He said he would have accepted my apology and that there was nothing for me to be feeling bad about but didn’t let me into his home and wanted me to leave almost aggressively. He didn’t allow me to kiss him or hold his hand. I texted him and explained myself. But he kept ignoring me. A week later he wrote me a drunk massage and asked me to talk to him but didn’t pick up the phone the next day. I gave him 4 weeks of space but still no improvement. My girlfriend talked to him and in the end she asked him to then end it with me if he doesn’t want to see me anymore, he ignored it again. I like him and don’t know what to do.

Ok guys could use the advice right now cause I am starting to really stress out and need to figure out what to do my mom was trying to be helpful and did give me some advice but she ended up saying she had to much of her own stuff going on right now to be able to help much so here's my question should I try to go to my boyfriends house and or his school and talky to him about whats going on? we have been together for about 5 months now and he said I love you to me first last weekend we spent all Friday night together and spent the night together at his place we hung out till 1 in the afternoon the next day together as well and this week we spent Monday and Tuesday together and usually spend everyday to every second day with each other from after school to around 12 at night sometimes since we tend to loose track of time easy or we will just spend the night together Friday and today he had exams and he went to Seattle this weekend but here's the catch he didn't tell me himself I found out from his friends and he hasn't been returning my calls or texts his phone was off from 6ish on Wednesday till he got back yesterday when we talked last I asked if he could see me Thursday he said I don't know maybe I can't see you and he was in traffic so I asked about calling back first time he ignored the call he told me he was on the other line so I waited then his phone was off when he answered the phone that day he seemed happy that I called him things have been really good when we hung out but now he's not answering me he lives with a home stay mom since he came here for school but we always end up going to his place or at least most of the time we do go there should I try to find him at his school maybe wait by his car for him? or maybe go to his place to see him? I went there last week and he wasn't home so I left a note and his home stay mom said she would tell him I stopped by for him could use the help.
