he was a great guy and treated me so well
he used to call me everyday just to talk and check up on me, he used to offer me a ride home after a night out with my friends, he used to tell me he loves me everyday and calls me beautiful often.
He used to come to see me often during week and always tries to make time for me
But i screwed up.
I was a complete bitch 😔
I really liked him a lot but I was too guarded and took him for granted
I never said I love you back in the relationship, I get mad over little and stupid things, I expected him to do things for me, when im mad at him I would ignore his calls and messages or I would just hang up during the call and he would always call me back
But few days ago he broke up with me because he thinks its not working out and that he's had enough of everything and feel like being single now and wanted to focus on himself (his life, job)
I was crying the whole few days after and decided to message him a long essay how im sorry about everything I did and wanted a second chance and if we could talk over phone or meet up in couple of day to explain myself
He replied: "thnks for message, i dont mind seeing u in couple of days. i just broke it off coz i wanted time to myself and want to be alone and that i dont want to give flase hope about us. but i can come on the weekend so we can chat about it if u want"
I replied "ok thats alright then, i understand. Take care"
and then he replied "you take care too and let me know if u ever wanna hang out to movies or to eat out somewhere :)"
and then 10 minutes later he texted me again saying: "if u still need to talk i can still come bcoz i rather hear it from you than on text but up to u :)"
and i said "ok u can come on weekend and we can chat then"
Why did he agree to meet me? I said "ok its alright, take care" after his reply. And then he just double texted me saying "if u still need to tlk i can still come and better to hear from u in person" .. 😮

Ok, so my boyfriend works for UPS. He makes 74,000 a year (but is somehow always broke? AND maxed out his credit card with a $15,000 limit within two months?). He has been offered a position at the headquarters in Atlanta with more responsibility and a lot of traveling, but the same pay he gets currently. From what I understand, the cost of living is higher there than in Memphis, so proportionally speaking, he will actually be making less. Plus, here in Memphis he has a roommate who pays half the rent, and he still is barely making it somehow. He will be stretched even thinner in Atlanta. But he is hell-bent on going and threw this on me all of a sudden without discussing it with me. I feel like he is acting impulsively and foolishly. I am starting to resent him for leaving me with the difficult decision between staying here & ending our relationship (I refuse to do long-distance) or going with him & probably dealing with a crappy financial situation.

I have recently gotten accepted into U of M, and I've just gotten an internship at a hip local newspaper/magazine company, which could be a gateway into a journalism career should I choose to go in that direction. Journalism is something I'm interested in, mostly because the English language is my main expertise. It's either that or be an English teacher. If I were to move to be with him, it would probably screw my chances of becoming a journalist, especially since I would be cutting my ties with my company. However, moving probably wouldn't hurt my chances if I decided to be a teacher. Either way, I still have to continue with school and if I moved, I'd have to find a job to fund living expenses and school.

I live with my dad and I don't pay rent. I have never lived with my boyfriend, much less on my own, and now all of a sudden he wants me to live with him in an unfamiliar city. Admittedly, my brother lives in Atlanta as well, so at least I would still have some sort of family tie there.

So what should I do?
