So my ex broke up with me last month. We were together for 5 years, and made a commitment to each other to always support one another. Like any relationship, things weren't perfect. I've been struggling with finding a job in my field since graduating last year. This has been a topic of debate that has caused some fights between us in the past, but we always ended up making up. About a month before the breakup, my boyfriend started to distance himself from me, picking overtime work on the weekends and not calling me during the week. I knew something was wrong, but I really didn't want to push it. One night, I called him and he pretty much exploded at me. He said we would talk about it the next day as he was too tired. The next day he showed up at my place with my stuff and said he "couldn't handle the stress and more", that he "needed to be alone" and that he was "sorry". I was hurt, and all I could do is cry.

I really don't know what to do if he wants to get back together again (if that happens). I still have feelings for him, but he really hurt me and it makes me wonder how he will be able to deal with major life events in the future. Do you think I should give him a second chance if he comes back?

So I have been knowing this guy for about 2 years and dating him for 6 months. We met in person a few times 2 years ago when we first met but due to his work (military) he left to another state and it's been long distance ever since. We decided to start dating in December due to how much we loved each other despite not seeing each other in person for so long. I was also planning on seeing him last month but then found out he had cheated. He had 3 one night stands and even asked a couple girls for pictures on Snapchat. I don't know what to do because in any normal situation I would automatically break up with him but maybe because we haven't seen each other in so long he felt the needed to get that elsewhere? I'm not excusing what he did. I'm just having a hard time knowing what to do due to the fact that our relationship hasn't been like a normal one and he's done so much for me that I know he has to care about me. Should I give him a second chance? He wants to work things out and basically said he will do whatever it takes even if that's moving closer to me and not going to school of his dreams that is out of state as soon as he gets out of the military

So there's this guy.. I've known him for about 2 years now & have been dating him for almost a year. He's been there for me in more ways than you can imagine. I've had a lot of family issues in the past year and he's always there listening to me and trying to help. He's even helped me with my career and business through his connections. But he cheated... I had this very strong feeling that it happened and when I couldn't take it anymore I asked for his social media passwords. Well, what I ended up finding was that he most likely was cheating in the beginning of our relationship. He admitted to two one night stands.

I'm so conflicted because I feel like he cares about me due to everything he's done for me and getting nothing in return. Maybe it was us having no sex in the relationship?

It's been long distance our whole relationship and since I'm a virgin, I've kind of been waiting for the right time to have sex. So basically he and I have not had sex and we haven't even been seeing each other due to busy schedules and the distance.

He's getting out of the military soon tho and locating back to his hometown where we will be able to see each other more often.

He's showing me that he wants to work on things and said he will even take a semester off school (he was going to go to university in cali) just so we can be closer, work on things and figure out a plan. What should I do
