Caught boyfriend sexting a girl, should I end it?

Question

Last week I asked my boyfriend of 3 years and 6 months if he had been talking to any girls he said yes one but not recently a girl from his past.

Anyway last night i went through his message yes I know this was wrong on my part however I found this one conversation with this girl. They were flirting she was sending him lingerie photos then they said they would take it to snap chat for more privacy anyway this happened for about two conversations then the talking ended around two months ago. I confronted my boyfriend and at first he was angry at me for checking his phone but then he said he knows what he did was wrong he doesn't know why he did it, he doesn't want to hurt me, that he wants me not her and he felt so guilty afterwards that's why he got rid of her. I feel so hurt and sick thinking of the convo where he's asking for more photos. They never met up even though she asked.

Should I dump him or give a second chance?

if he apologize and is really repenting and if you really love him then try giving him another chance although you have to warn him it is his last chance if he repeat it again. just end it. he obviously did not learn a lesson from his past actions. if he is bored with your relationship try spicing things more like exploring things and finding things you haven't done together yet. probably like phone sex, sex with top on, cosplay, soft bdsm if you bothe want (just a suggestion). dating to other places, start making lunches, aside from the regular dates you do try exploring more together so as to not let the sparks you both have rust.

Dump him. Cause if he only wanted you, he wouldn't be sexting other girls. Guys always try to justify getting mad when you go through their phone and find some shady shit but thats because they know they fucked up and got caught. A lot of girls wouldn't have to do this if you just.. ugh told us from the beginning? All you have to do is come up to us and say hey " I want to see other women" will say deuces and go our separate ways, but then that would eliminate their options. Dump him and dump him quick.

i would end the relationship personally. in fact, he has already checked out by doing that.

i wouldn't start trying to make our relationship better and work on improving anything if someone thought so little of me to do that.

trust would be shattered. there already is little trust for you to be going through his things. it sounds like its going to fail one way or another. relationships dont last if there is no trust

sounds like trust is a problem in your relationship, and a relationship with no trust can't work, my advice talk it over, and if after you do you feel you can still trust each other, then give it a chance, but if after there are still doubts then it's better to part ways without hurting each other more

Forgiveness is a tough cookie to swallow. question is, have you ever entertained the idea, in your mind or thoughts, of sizing up another guy whole with your boyfriend. if there is any of the slightest chance you did, even a slight inkling of "wow, that guys hot", forgiveness is probably in your best interest.
