Jigsaw puzzles are fun. They are a challenge, and you end up, when finished, with a simple work of art.

If there's a piece missing... I blame my SO... she often sets one piece aside so she can finish the puzzle.

One time, my cousin spent an entire weekend on a 1500-piece puzzle, only to discover at the end that one piece was AWOL. He searched everywhere—under the table, in the vacuum cleaner bag (don't ask), and even accused the dog of eating it. Missing pieces are the socks of the puzzle world. There must be a parallel universe filled with lost socks and puzzle pieces having a grand old time.
