Do you enjoy puzzles?

My parents got my partner a Dungeons And Dragons puzzle for Christmas so we have been working on it together. My god is it difficult. Once it's done we are going to glue it together and frame it and then probably go out and buy a studio ghibli puzzle to do next 😌😌

I do. I have a weird almost-compulsion about doing them, finishing them. They don't sit around for long, once on my table. But then, that's also because they have had to go on the main dining/utility/work table, which is pretty inconvenient, so-

While I'm doing them, I'm always thinking in the back of my mind... why am I doing this? This is actually completely pointless. Am I making a mindless task for myself? Yet, I do get a certain satisfaction from scouting out the pieces. I'm absolutely horrible at those tests where you have to rotate a still image and choose the correct next image. Yet I seem to be quite good at puzzles, searching for the exact shape. I don't quite get that.

Anyway, if the picture's good and I like it (I always choose those), then yeah, I quite like puzzles.

Yours looks really hard, you're right! I've only done one with non-straight edges, and it was sooooo much harder. It concealed the edge pieces amongst the rest. Many were the oddest shapes, with just a little tip that was squared off. It was the only puzzle, my entire life, where I finished the edge... at the end.

As you can see, I'm really into songbirds, lol.

My mum bought me this one. I'm not so into monochromatic. It's a bit boring (and hard.)

Jigsaw puzzles are one of my favorite things to do :) I've never done one this large before! 1000 piece puzzles keep me occupied for a day or two, which is the perfect amount of time for me. Shorter than that, it's too easy; more than that, I get bored before I finish.

I also enjoy three dimensional puzzles. I once went with my cousins to a kids science museum and they had a section with a a bunch of tables full of block puzzles, rope puzzles, you name it. God, that place was heaven.

300-500s I find too easy for me unless they have an intricate pattern

I like jigsaw puzzles... but not the real hard ones. When I was much younger, it took my sister and me over a month to finish a 1000 piece round puzzle that was completely yellow in color. I swore I'd never do that again.

I also enjoy crossword puzzles/.

Yes i dooooo. Once i did a 10000 piece 🧩 puzzle and it took me about a month (sorry i don't a photo of it) . But once i saw a 42000 piece puzzle 😱. One day am gonna get it 😁

I have not done a puzzle since high school cause I got occupied with other things but I enjoy solving problems once I arrive at the answer, the process of getting the answer is not fun for me. I don't do puzzles, but I do other things, like try to decode symbols or interpret dreams, and I don't like it. I only like the results I get once the hard work is over.

Oh it's a real bitch. Many pieces of the border don't slot together they just sit next to eachother. Plus its all black and silver with mirrored images in some bits
