The question title is a little bit clickbait, but I didn't know how to say it better.

A = The self-absorbed dictator obviously cares very much about himself. For him being very popular is important and his decisions are based on the popularity he can achieve.

B = The other dictator don't care about popularity and think thinking like that is selfish/too self-absorbed, but at the other side he finds justice very important and he has his own opinions about justice. He believes what he's doing is kind and wants to do it regardless of popularity. He's a very strict dictator and can go far to get rid of unfairness. E. g. the war on poverty, drugs, criminals.

Which dictator is the worst one between the self-absorbed and the justice obsessed dictator? Please explain why. #Dictators #Dictatorship

Examples on arguments (My arguments on "pros" for both):
Regardless of A cares about the populations needs or not, he's at least more democratic since he does many things the majority likes since he wants to be liked.

B wants justice and A doesn't seem to care. So if the population doesn't fight injustice or if they discriminates minorities, the dictator do at least try to fix and stop the problem.

Obviously this is just a thinking game. For me a democracy is ideal.

I have a friend who just found out having children will be impossible without ridiculously expensive treatment (close to $120k) and that's after multiple expensive procedures which aren't even 100% guaranteed to result in pregnancy. Now she's responded by being VERY VERY HATEFUL towards anyone with children and told me that I literally "Am just another capitalist male obsessed with bringing useless eaters into the world" yes... she said that.

Her attitude is making me consider ending our friendship, another part of me wants to throw in her face the fact she drank and did drugs for long knowing she had this ovarian condition, while me and other's were telling her to stop, but I know she's hurting inside.
