My friend has this sister in law Janine that has despised her, like won’t even give her the time of day and basically pretends she’s dead since this one night. They both went out and Janine and my friend tried to go to the bar. My friend just turned 21, so she didn’t have a new updated license yet so the bar didn’t let her in. Janine hardcore tries to pressure my friend into sneaking in, to where the bouncers say “if you try to sneak in, you will be arrested”. My friends entire career is based off of grant money. In her contract, if she gets in trouble, it will be revoked. So my friend got upset and said no way. Since that night Janine has been incredibly mean and hates her. Janine goes out and invites their other sisters in law but never my friend. She leaves my friend out of everything. Plus Janine flirts and sexually touches my friends husband (janines brother in law) in front of my friend all the time. Does this make sense? My friend has been trying to hard since then to establish some kind of connection with Janine but she won’t even respond to her texts or calls. Is this crazy? What should my friend do?
