I'm the front desk attendant at a residential building. I've worked there for about a month. I've noticed a guy that lives in the building. He's only really spoken to me twice and neither conversation was personal. I'm getting really attracted to him. He's very handsome, polite, and he always makes it a point to stop and say hi to me before he goes to his apartment, unlike a lot of the other people in the building. I've started smiling more at him which gets a friendly comment from him. E. g. when he came in one night he said he was working late doing inventory (idk what kind) and was happy to get upstairs to sleep. I'm developing a crush on him. I'm starting to get really excited to go to work because I know he's going to eventually walk past me. Is it strange that I'm crushing on him? I would love to attract him but I'm not sure what to do. I'm also wondering whether this is unethical or not since the ONLY place I see him is when I'm on the job.

Okay so this is a pretty long story and I will make it short as possible so last year I liked this guy and we will call him A. HOWEVER I was getting over a bad crush that I found a creative way of telling him how I felt towards him only to be rejected and laughed at and half of the school knowing SO a couple of months I started liking A tbh we never really talked as much but whenever he would look at me I felt as if it was different and I felt that he got nervous around me but I brushed it off because I thought that he liked someone else and I didn't want to get attached and get hurt once again. Until one day at lunch I was sitting with my friends and him and his friends didn't sit so far and they were laughing and they yelled my name saying that A liked me ofc I thought that it was a joke because we never really had a real conversation we were more of aquantances and me being the shy Person I am I never had the courage to talk to him so I turned away sadly because his friends were laughing at me and I was trying to avoid the awkward moment. Then not to far long I go to the park with my mom and my little brother and as we are leaving my mom over heard him yell at his friends omg she's coming act normal and me being the oblivious human being I am didn't notice and I walk past him and notice that it was him once in my car and as my mom drove away she told me that A liked me because of his reaction and it opened my eyes and I would stare at him more often and try to grab his attention but I never saw him really look at me but sometimes with the corner of his eyes and there was only a few weeks left of school and I never did anything because I thought that if he genuinely liked me he would try to talk to me and his ex was his best friend so I thought that it didn't mean anything until the following next year I see him on the bus and he would try to get my attention but I never noticed until he made it clear and would look at me as his friend said just go talk to her and

Here some things about him being nice to me:

• I always notice him staring at me
• We often message on FB (conversations is mostly 1 hour)
• He's always kind and polite to me
• We often talk to each other in school
• I was playing catch with my friends, and my friend noticed him staring at me the whole time
• We always sit next to each other for assemblies in school
• I'm also friends with his Mum, and she likes me
• He congratulated me of my rewards
• I think I'm the only girl to be his proper good friend, because I haven't noticed him talking to other girls
• We both say good luck to each other for something like exams
• I messaged him that he's very smart and I also said he has like a super power. And he sent me a sticker of a guy being strong :D
