I notice that whenever there are news about women killing their infant children, many women other women would always come up with the PPD excuse to low key defend or justify their actions while many other women (and the vast majority of men) would never see any sort of justification to kill a baby or child in general and many of these same women who are mothers claimed that they also went through PPD but would never actually harm their children nor use such excuse.

As a guy, I don't know what it's like to have PPD and never will since I'm not a woman but I do know for sure that there is absolutely NO excuse of killing a baby or child whatsoever. I've had some female relatives who went through the PPD phase when they first had their children and never came close to hurting their children. Military veterans with PTSD never get any slap on the wrist in court when they murder people so I don't understand what makes some women (with or without PPD) think their so special to not be held accountable for their own actions.
