yesterday night me and my boyfriend were talking over the phone and we were discussing about his job interview next week. He wants a second job because his current job doesn't pay well and he wants to make enough money so he can move out to his own place. I understand that and if he gets the job, I will be happy for him. But then he mentioned that he doesn't mind taking 4 to 5 shifts a night. And then I got this idea in my head that "he won't have enough time for me" since he's working in the daytime and then would work at night. We see each other every 2 days and we talk everyday so I think Im scared that we won't be as close any more and so I took it out on him. And then he got extremely furious at the end. This was our conversation:
HIM: why are u thinking like this? I will make time for u. if a guy really likes someone he will make time so i will make time. i know myself
ME: i dont think u will. i just have a feeling. my friend and her boyfriend are on and off because of this
HIM: dont compare our relationship. we are all different. you are thinking about urself. u just want all the attention and its not fair. i need to think of my career first.
ME: ok... i think we need space for a week. we been talking everyday
HIM: *getting furious* WHAT THE F? why a week? are u interested in someone else? i thought we are seeing each other on Monday. i have a feeling u dnt want to be with me. if u dont just tell me and im out of your life. dont play games with me. im pissed. i will call later. bye.
Then he hanged up and then called me again
HIM: what do u want from me? do u want to break up?
ME: i dont know what i want.
HIM: *still furious but i can tell he was going to cry* why do u do this to me all the time? i dont know what u want. if u dont see me on Monday i will take it that ur not interested anymore and thats it. i will leave.
ME: yea i dont know..
HIM: look just see me on Monday. i will call u Sunday night. i will give u space tomoro. goodnight.
ME: ok ill see u on Monday. goodnite

Also, how often would you say you contact your bf/gf throughout the day between dates?

In my experience, I usually prefer a phone chat just before bed and catch up on the day and talk random shit, otherwise me and my boyfriend have an essay of a text to reply too! Sometimes I don't mind texting as I can answer during the day and I like to exchange funny pictures/videos/articles. That's the good side to texting.

so my bf's old friend came back after very long and they decided to catch up so they talked on the phone. on day 1 when she's back, they were on a call for 10 HOURS and on day 2, 5 hours. i found out on day 2 and was REALLY ANGRY not because he might be firting and up to something or anything but bcos he didn't consider my feelings and went to talk to another girl for 10 hours? when i confronted him he said he's sorry he got carried away because an old friend came back. and he will talk to her less if thats what i want. but im really annoyef with the fact that he doesn't put me first and thinks about my feeling as his girlfriend. so angrily, i initiated a break up. should i have accepted his apology and forgive him or did i make the right choice?

Me and my boyfriend decided to read our old conversations with our friends (he reads my messages and i read his messages on phone). And we were beside each other while reading. I was the one to ask him if i could read his messages and at first he was abit hesitant but he gave his phone to me anyway.
Is it right to do that?
I mean i did discover some shocking things he said to his friends about girls he had sex with and other stuff guys talk about... but it was 1 yr to 2 years ago. i still got abit pissed off coz i saw some pics and then he snatched his phone to delete the rest of the pictures (i didn't sre them) and then gave me his phone again. he was only worried about the pictures...

First of all, im 5ft so im short and my boyfriend is 6ft
My boyfriend said to me over the phone : "hey babe the boys said something really funny.. we were talking about short girls. I tell you one and i will tell u the rest when i see you next. My friend said to me as a joke 'dude you should take your girlfriend to see the hobbits since she's short and thats her family' .. babe he's so funny"
I got pissed off at him and said "why do u think thats funny? its not funny"
and he replied "its a joke."
I just told him "i will talk to u later bye" and hanged up on him. Im so angry.. am I overreacting or what?
