I never had even one bit of fat on my stomach. My abs always showed through. Then I got hooked on cocaine. I ended up not eating for days, being unaware of the damage I was fling to my metabolism. I got a job at a pizza place for years. I ate almost nothing but pizza, drank nothing but high calorie beer, and deserts and hot cheetos and all the fast food in the world. I ended up gaining like 10 pounds over my 4 years at the pizza place. My stomach... isn't flat anymore. I was 136, before, then 146.

I got a job working hard labor last year. It was only then that I realized how much fat I had gained the years before. I looked at my face one day, and it looked different. Perhaps because of aging, I thought. But, after looking at old pics, I saw that my cheeks were significantly thinner.

I'm back to 136, but I still have the damn stomach, despite my hard labor. Of course, I've been binging on sweets... like... A lot. It's habit. Never had to worry about weight before. :/ my brother eats worse than I do and can still see his abs.

Now, I've switched to opiates. And let me tell you. Never before have I mkre understood the term, "shitting a brick." Literally. It's literally that. I wondered if severe constipation could make your stomach poke out more.

In any case, I have exercise down, easy. I just have to work on my diet, now. Cut out the sweets... Oh, but opiates and chocolate go so well together. :(

Plus, I *have* to eat a lot in order to have energy to work. And repair my muscle damage. -_-;; Maybe it's just the sweets. Ehh. Healthy food is so expensive, though.-_-

I guess this might be a high class problem, especially so, since I actually have food to eat. But I apologize to any fluffy people. It's still a problem for me... it makes me feel like shit, even if I should be grateful for not having a glandular problem and actually having food to eat.

Anyways. Do you have a flat stomach? If not, are you willing to make a lifestyle change to get one?
