Its a complicated story:

Its a supervised conversation by the investigator, proposed by the guy. Guy previously liked you a year ago. He came off as pretty creepy and suspicious, and you cut off contact from him. He is still in your class for a semester in between in which nothing at all happens. This semester, however, you are very suspicious of him. You think he is taking photos and/or videos of you. You report him and an investigation by the school is launched, to which (based on interviews and a witness that you provided) he clears the investigation (ruled not responsible). Afterwards, you get an email from the investigator that worked on the case asking if you would be interested in going and talking to the guy in a supervised setting. Supposedly its for the benefit of the both of you, where he tells his side of the story and why he wasn’t doing what you said he was, which will hopefully make you feel better about the situation. In return, you give him advice on what he did wrong and how he (previously) made you feel and hopefully helps him not make the same mistakes with another girl as he did with you.

The armed forces do a lot for our country, but where exactly are we going to pull this money from? The US isn't exactly without debt, and besides our "defense" or military budget is way higher than just about anything else combined. I'm worried that we're just digging ourselves a deeper hole than we can get out of, using money we don't even have.
