Recently I sent a random Snapchat to a guy I've known over the past few months, and he responded pretty positively. Neither of us ended up letting the conversation die, so we've been Snapchatting continuously for over a week. Sometimes the messages are random/kinda meaningless, but we've also gotten deeper, talking about our pasts a bit, our likes/dislikes, asking each other about our days or some slightly deeper topics, etc. We both make an effort to ask questions and keep the conversation going. We bonded over a love of animals, and he offered for me to come see his dog whenever when we're done with exams. Two days ago, I told him I was getting dinner with some mutual friends and invited him but he wasn't feeling it, but then he said he'd be down to get food next Tuesday and to just let him know if I wanted to go. We Snap throughout the day, and he responds in an hour or less. If he stops responding at night, he'll Snap me the next morning and tell me he fell asleep and then continue the conversation. Last night, he told me when he wouldn't be able to Snap for a while because he was going on a long drive but that he'd message me after (which he did). After Snapping for a while I thought his responses were getting a little short so I didn't reply, and he ended up Snapchatting me again telling me goodnight and that he'd talk to me the next day. Sure enough, he sent me "Good afternoon!" today and then we've been continuing our conversation.

Is this guy being friendly or showing potential interest in me? I'm really glad to have him as a friend, but it'd be cool if it led to something more, and it seems like he is showing some level of interest.

Me and two of my guy friends at work we eating lunch and we were just talking about random stuff like living places and drive to work. When one guy let's call him John said something about the other guy (we'll call him bob) coming to my house and sleeping over. We all were kind of laughing and smiling a little cause it was all like a joke. But then as it died down, Bob looked at me stright in the eyes and said 'it might happen' in a low unenthusiastic voice and with a stright face. I looked at him in the eyes and wasn't saying anything just kind of smiling. I then looked away after like 3 or 4 seconds because I felt awkward. It felt like it turned sexual and when Bob said that I thought maybe he was serious about that. Or maybe he was just annoyed and uncomfortable. But when we were joking around about it he was laughing a bit and smiling, it was only when he said that to me where he got a stright face and his attitude kind of changed. Also when he said that I personally felt like sexual tension like never before. I don't know if he felt it but I did. Anyway, why do you guys think he said that at the end? Do you think he said it just to not hurt my feelings because he didn't say yes or no? Then gain he didn't need to say anything else, I never asked a question. Why do you think he said that and acted that way? Help me y'all. Thanks so much.

Hey people, So basically I met this guy around 3 weeks ago and he's four years older than me (I know, I know, yes we're still in school). Anyways, we met because of a project I was working on with my guy friend, who was friends with him and we had to plan things out for it, so I started texting him. At first my texts would only draw really short texts, but now we've talked late into the night and he double or even triple or quadruple texts. Sometimes he'll ask me questions about random stuff, like for example this Sunday we reached a stand-still in our convo and he asked me if I was going to church because it was Easter. Not entirely sure if he's just being polite though. We ended up having lunch together alone two days ago, but throughout the whole lunch, it was a bit awkward. He's a really shy somewhat awkward guy, so we would have a few awkward silences. And he kept mumbling and refusing eye contact. However, compare that with our texting convos and it's like what? Two entirely different people haha. So my question is, is he just being nice and friendly, or does it seem as if he's actually interested?
