So there is this girl I like who I just got her number last week. Before that we've talked a little and stuff and we've been kinda friends. I asked my friend (who is her brother) her number and he gave it to me. When I first texted her I told her who I was. So far I have texted her several times and she's been responding. So those were some conversations we have had. I know you probably can't tell much, but when we actaully seen each other she laughs at my jokes several times and smiles. She's a bit shy so she doesn't really flirt as often but she still kinda teases me when she has the chance. She's actaully a bit older than me, like 17. Pretty surprising, but we kinda have a thing going. I'm 14. She asked me to slow dance at a recent church dance :) So could we possibly have a connection with each other and keep in touch while she's away?

I am love with her because I love her eyes, personality (she's very shy, but can be a diva), we have a lot of things in common. can talk all night long. But, she says she just wants to be my friend but won't friend me on Facebook although she will with other guys. We've been going through this for 2 1/2 years. I have been with other girls in the meantime (she doesn't know) but can't get her out of my mind.

I am wondering if she's telling me the truth about really not wanting to date me or is she really afraid to get closer because she thinks I'll leave her if we do. She has shown signs of wanting to get closer but each time, she pushes me away and says I need to find someone else who can give me what I deserve - someone who'll love me.

She pushed me away recently and even sent provocative pictures to another guy (apparently he was just flirting with her trying to get laid when he met her and didn't respond to her pictures). She tried to 'let me go' but I let her back in. She said that she doesn't want me to tell her 'I love her', doesn't want the drama right now.

this is going to be long :/ okay so i kinda met her on Facebook though a good friend, and when we actually met in person i felt like we had a real connection. we have very similar likes, and dislikes. we now ride the transit to school every other morning together, and we have good conversations which makes the ride really short. i usually walk her to class, and that would be all my contact with her, but a few weeks ago she told me that she would see me later on the bus. we get off really late, and she usually gets a ride while i ride the bus home. it kinda shocked me because everyone tells me she is really shy so i smiled and was like "okay.. wait what?" then she said "i know i usually don't ride it, but ill see you later". i really like her so i was super excited, but she didn't show up, and it was the weekend so we didn't see each other til the next week. The next time i saw her i didn't mention it, neither did she, and we talked the whole ride. i think maybe she didn't go because of the way i acted when she said she wanted to see me later, but what do you guys think? now i happen to see her around school and i just so happen to be talking to one of my friends who is a girl :/ she'll look at me then put her head down, and keep walking. i think she sees me as a player/flirt now :/ so for Valentine's day i gave her a little stuffed plush doll. I told her she was the only one i got something for, and she liked it. do you guys think she likes me back or am i just crazy for thinking she likes me. i have a habit of thinking nobody likes me :/
