I do understand roughly that it is only partially connected to the electrical sensors shed currents through your body picking up resistance ( indicating fat level -bc fat is stationary compared to muscle which has water circulating - then by default presumes muscle mass and bone weight , using an algorithm based on statistical average for Person your gender age weight etc. but still it gives some indication -though it can be off.

mostly I’m just curious if anyone has tried this and if so, what answers It came up with.

My muscle reading was unusually high and while im aware I have a relatively strong foundation , I think it’s unlikely it is in reality -_that _- high. So I’m interested to know what results others got.

Let me give a brief detail about my condition:

• I am friends with this guy and our friends used to tease us that we are a couple.
• I had known him since last couple of years.
• I am a person who is fully dedicated to my career and future.

But since the last few days i am seeing a huge change in our situation, my gut feeling is saying that he is interested, and now (or maybe since last 2 years) at some level, i guess i am also interested in him.
But my problem is whenever he says some cute things, or state something romantic, i feel scared. for eg, if he complement me then i say "lol".
At some level i think he is trying to make me say the "L" word.

the main issue with me is, i ruin my relationship all the time before they even begin, and I don't want to do it now.

Please Help, and suggest me some ways so that i can cope up with this scary phase.
