So I met a guy off tinder yesterday in person. We’ve been speaking about a week through Snapchat and video chat. We met in person and went to a video game bar and then walked around a popular hang out area. He told me prior to meeting up that he had an interest in me and wanted to see where it went. He’s been in two long terms and dated in high school. He’s 28 and I’m 24. He texted me last night after meeting up to tell me that he had a wonderful time. And prior dropping me off at my car, he told me that we should have another date. And asked me again through text last night after the “date” too. He never kissed me but the most he did was hug me last night before and after the meet up. This morning I misread something he said and he clarified what he really meant, but it’s been a few hours and he hasn’t responded. He has a very hectic job and typically responds very quickly. Today he’s off and it’s been hours since we last spoke so I feel like he changed his mind. Do I have a valid reason to be paranoid?

I was sent to work in another restaurant two weeks ago where I met a him. Average when it comes to appearance but very nice personality. We started talking and when everyone was leaving he asked if I was free to set up the restaurant for tomorrow’s event. I said yes and we spoke more. He was very helpful at work. He said I’m very smart at languages. And we found some things in common. He kept asking if I’d like to work in his branch instead and if he called my manager the next day, I’d say yes. I said yes but I don’t think he’d let me. He insisted on giving me a soft drink even though I was okay before I left. The next day he called my manager but he refused to send me to work with him again. A couple of days later, my manager went to work there for a few hours and said the guy said hello to me and kept asking why he doesn’t let me work with him. I decided to go to his workplace with my gayfriend last Tuesday to see him and have some wine. I came and kissed him on the cheeks and said that I came to see him on my day off because The manager wouldn’t let me work there. He took care of me. And when another guy asked if I need anything I said ice cream. My guy came and said he’d bring some on the house. I asked when he’ll have a day off and he said probably in two weeks time as he was covering someone. I told him if he wants, we could hang out when he’s free. He said yes sure and gave me his number. Before I left he made sure I got a good discount. Another girl said I looked pretty. And he said I always look pretty. I messaged him the next day asking how he is and to save my number. He replied ‘I’m good thanks I hope you’re doing well’ and I said ‘yes until it gets busy - hopefully not’ and he replied ‘hahaha’. My colleague went to work there last night and she said he told her her to say hi to me and two men I work with. But he mentioned me first. Does he like me? Or is he only trying to be polite? But why would he compliment me or always say hi through common friends?

I met a guy and very quickly he was trying to see me almost every day. Out of the first 12 days I knew him I saw him 8. One of the nights I didn’t he called and we talked for 2 hours. Things were getting heavy quick. The only physical part being kissing here and there and cuddling. We kind of got into it last Friday because he cancelled plans last minute and asked me to come over instead. The next day we planned to meet up in the evening. That evening he reaches out and we start misunderstanding each other as we both have been drinking. He tells me to come to the bar they are at. I show up and he is acting a hair distant but it felt like because we had disagreed. This girl walks up and chats him up for an uncomfortable amount of time and I end up introducing myself to her and she immediately walks away. He shortly after goes up to the bar where once again this girl latches on to him. I walk up to him and ask who she is. He says a friend you really aren’t doing this right now are you? I was like why is it that every time I walk up she disappears? It was odd. The rest of the evening he spent talking to everyone but me and I left not to long later because I didn’t want to bring down the mood. He told me he was going to come to my place when he left the bar. I never heard from him and woke up at 4am seeing if he was ok. He said he ended up taking one of his friends who passed out at the bar home and was with him. He told me he wished I was with him and so on. The next day he talked to me a little saying how hungover he was and he felt like he should have talked to me more. It has now been 2 days and I haven’t heard from him. We always at least used to touch base with each other. Do I reach out? What do I say?
