I don't mean to generalize and there will always be exceptions to the rule but seems like they don't ask for too much other than having a good, faithful girlfriend or wife (if he plans on getting married) that knows basic life skills such as cooking.

My boyfriend knows how to cook himself but I was mediocre at it so I'm learning more. His only single deal breaker, which he would leave me for is off course cheating. Meanwhile when we were younger, I had broken up with him twice in the past for stupid things (for much lesser) but we got back together years later.

Though by now my only deal breakers would be getting cheated on or abused, I have to admit that in the past there were things I would ask from him that he wouldn't demand from me in return.

Ok ill paint the picture, say you go out get drunk, end up getting the bartenders number then fucking him that night then find out they are a 24yr guy and you are 29. You have been talking for a week but you are hooked. You as the chick own a house, have a full time job and own a car and want to have a family and get married soon, he however works part time at a bar, is a foreigner in your country on a working visa, plans to buy a car and get a sponsorship to stay and also wants to own a place one day but so far just rents with a bunch of mates.
