So now my ex-girlfriend broke up with me, and said "I moved on, and so should you. We can be friends still." I chose to be friends with her but deep inside I'm hurting and playing it off having a normal convo with her after. I said, "I understand, yeah let's be friends." And then the normal convo started. So would you still be friends with your ex? And would you regularly text them? And what would you do after?

So I have a girlfriend who claims to trust me and believe me because I have never broken her trust, I keep my promises and words and I never lie to her, I have been honest to her always no matter what, but I have caught her spying and double-checking my words on my back, I have found out that she always spy behind me whenever I say something to check if I was speaking truth or lie, and when I have found that about her, she said that she believes me but she just wanted to check if I was saying truth or lying in my words? does believe and spying on the back are possible together? I think she doesn't believe me, because if she believes me she doesn't have to keep on checking and spying behind my back, I don't have a problem if she confesses and admits honestly that she doesn't believe me, I will do everything to win her trust always but my problem is that she is not even admitting that she doesn't trust me and she thinks that I don't understand her, she keep giving lame excuses to me for spying on my back and I keep telling her it is okay if she doesn't trust me but then again she says I believe you but I just want to check if you lie or speak truth, I can't digest this contradicting absurd of her, Is this really possible? the person you say you trust them and still spy on their back to check their every action and words? she is making it very complex unnecessarily and she knows that she was wrong but she is playing around just not to accept her fault. please provide your opinions guys. thank you.
