So I met this girl on a dating app. (CmB)
There is one week of chatting allowed in the app and if we don't exchange numbers by then, the app assumes it's not good. I messaged her the day we got matched and she only responded a day before our week expired with a number.

We've texted for 3 days (spotty) and then she stopped texting me for like 2 weeks.

Then she got back to me saying sorry for not texting back i was sick etc etc, then we texted for 2 days and then she stopped for a week.

I didn't really care for her and the conversation was dry but I texted her with straightforward and direct questions and she liked it. Eventually got to a first date.

The date went well from my perspective, she was looking gorgeous (makeup and outfit) and I really like her. Her smile shook me. She laughed at my jokes and we talked for 2 hours over some light food.

We hugged and said bye, then we texted a little bit. When I asked about the next date, she said "We don't be seeing each other this month, I don't have time on weekends."

To be fair, she studies at a university 3 hours away from me but she has a family that lives near me and she has work at some organization so she comes back to her family every weekend. From what I know, she is a spotty texter and she is much more talkative and engaging in person. I also know she is busy.

I'm shook by her smiles y'all. Can't wait to see her again but a month sounds too long. Is this her way of nicely rejecting or is she just busy? Any opinion is appreciated and ask me for details if needed. Thanks!

So im a high school senior who likes a sophomore girl. I met her last year in a class we had together and we sort of got to know each other. I didn't realize it, but she was flirting with me a lot. She always started the conversation, asked how my day was, complimented my shirt, etc. She said we were practically dating. She said she would have went to prom with me. I liked someone else at the time and I was oblivious, but now I'm really interested in her, so here is what's happened since last year :

She followed my insta out of nowhere before school ended
We didn't see each other over the summer

She said hi to me again on the first day of school. I asked her how her summer went and stuff
She wished me good luck two or three times for games
She always starts the conversation with me
I see her glance at me in the hallways
She quickly brushes her hair as I walk past
She smiles and laughs a lot when talking
Always looks directly into my eyes while talking
She jokes around when talking
She touches her hair while talking to me

the other day I saw that she popped up in my Snapchat quick add, so I friended her. She friended back right away to say hi and ask how I was doing. We talked about her sports game and stuff and she always replied quickly and wrote a good amount. She sent cute and kind of silly pictures, and she's been one of the first to view all my stories since.

I want to talk to her more and ask her out. I was going to just walk up to her, tell how fun to talk to she is and that I like her a lot, ask her to go out with me..

Unfortunatly, we hardly see each other at school, though when we do we usually talk or wave and stuff, but I don't know if I should just ask her or maybe continue talking and snap chatting her. We let our conversation go after we both went to sleep, so I'm not sure how to start it again or tell her to start a streak. I know it sounds stupid and I should prob just ask her, but I just really want to know what is going on inside her head.
