Question as stated above. Do you think we can estimate another persons basic personality based on first appearance - meaning gestics, mimics, posture, clothing, etc. - or do you think its impossible?

Examples:
- If someone keeps making an half-smile it appears they are deceptive?
- If someones posture is a bit like a hunchback, it literally appears like he has no backbone?
- If someone keeps taking a deep swallow when asked something difficult to answer, he might be lying?
Or alternatively going so far to say the basic way their face is when not making any particular expression.
