I'm not sure why I couldn't we must have keeped going for hours on and off and I very definitely stayed up but I genuinely couldn't finish.
I did everything she told me to try but she never actually said much about it directly and invited me back which is a good sign but the same thing happened and after that she sort of just became distant?

I since then I graduated so there's no chance of anything between us anyway besides I don't think she really saw me as relationship material, we didn't actually have that much in common at all + she said she was about 4 years older than me so the age difference may have been more.
But what if not being able to finish is a permanent thing what might a future girlfriend think?
It's not the case when it's just me so maybe it's related to nerves or maybe it's the sensation I don't know.

I can't believe I am this old, and my life is still THIS way.

I mean I have been essentially rotting now for over half a decade, with the exception of some brief jobs or trips, but really not a lot. People reject me from jobs and often hire many I know who are less deserving, the few real life friends I have I have not seen in years, never been in a relationship (and certainly a major contributing factor is not having a life) still at "home" rather than being independent and leading my own life like I should be by now... etc.

Just tired of it. I also don't feel 27 in many ways... I mean really the only difference is I don't have to put up with the sad state of going to a school every day and being around people who want nothing to do with me either, or who just aren't very good people in general. I don't have the sort of experiences someone my age should have, heck even someone who has a high moral character at least has lots of great experiences that I haven't... :/

I just feel sad because it's another year gone, and nothing ever seems to change for me, and nobody who can help me seems to care to help... I wish I could have like, I don't know.. a decade back... I'd try to find a College I liked and then maybe things would go right for me, although the deck was always a bit stacked against me because of all the social isolation I have, and having a really awful father who is like a parasite, etc...

I feel like life is rigged against me being happy because nothing ever seems to work itself out for me. I thought I'd be a Congressman by now, and instead I'm nowhere... basically nobody... It's very upsetting. :(

If tomorrow I woke up and I had an awesome job I liked, and great friends to hang out with, and a fantastic relationship with someone I clicked wonderfully with I would be super happy... so it's not "depression"... but really more or less my life has been this way since the fall of 97'... that's a REALLY long time to essentially be in the same state.
