Long post.

We celebrated the teacher's day this September.
How do we celebrate it? Certain students decide to be teachers of certain subjects for that day.
In the end, the best teacher of the day is declared in the hall of the college - in front of all the teachers, the principal and students.
I and this guy (Let's call him D) had chosen the same subject, just the content was different.
I told another guy who was a teacher that day to send all the students to my class - as my class was about to start.
I was waiting, this guy D was also there, and when the students came, he told the boys to come with him and ran away, there were just 3 girls in my class, I taught, the judges visited my class more than 5 times, again and again.
After my class finished, it was D's class.

As I was going back to the staff room, the judges who were in the hallways kept complimenting me, saying I did really well, they were staring at me as if I was some awesome person!

In the hall of the college, I was specially mentioned by the judges in front of all the teachers, principal and students, saying that I did my work very enthusiastically, and how they loved my work. I got the 2nd rank.

And guess what?
That D guy got the 1st rank.

Later I found out that he had brought some extra students in his class (just to show a good amount of students in the class), he only taught when the judges visited, he showed the students a video, too.

Is it justified that he got the first rank?

I was been told that this guy was an arrogant person!
