We meet year ago, but we didn't see long time. First when we meet he was really talkative and he was showing off a bit. He was sitting next to me and he was like i got his all attention and he ask stupid questions even it was obvious. Second time we saw each other and for a moment he was staring in my eyes and it was like the longest time in world and he said hi to me and turn to see me walking away. I said hi to him but i think that he didn't heard it. Other day he was looking at me a bit but he went to other side of room and ignoring me. Few months after at collage we see each other again. My collage is next to his so we see each other now and then. When he saw me first time his was like hiptnotize. I was walking away from collage (he couldn't se me from that place where he was stending) and he move away to see me and when i turned around i saw him staring. And it is almost always like that. If i couldn't see him he would make it that i could se him.
When i was near his table in cantine, i was standing in line, he was quiet and he was turned torward his friend who was sitting across the table. When i moved in line for like 2 meters from him he turned torward me and he's friend was looking in me and talking to him. After that when they were living he stand up and he was like scaning the room and then they left. Also i notice when he's leaving the room he look at me before he disapear. It like that for 4 months now and he looks or stares at me. I was sometimes really shy and awkward around him but i decided to smile. I was walking with my male friend and he was there standing with his friend and i notice he stares at my way. I was talking to ny friend and i smiled and looked in him. He looked for second in me and he looked away. I passed him so i don't know if he looked back or not.
I also notice when i was with two friends from his collage and we were talking. He was passing and one friend call his name and he looked at our way and he stopped and he didn't move like ge was frozen. Then this friend walked to him.
He's acting really awkward and shy and with others he's really talkative and friendly and laugh.

I know you'll write that i need to make a move or sth... and i would that he smile back but he looked away!!
I'm not even sure that he really likes me. Why would he be like normal to me at first and later act that way. Guys, help

This year I met this guy that I've slowly started liking. We sat across from each other in a class and would talk everyday. He's an awkward person and shy. He would joke with me and ask me questions about soccer and come to all the games. Then the teacher moved seats in that class and whenever our teacher asks us to talk with another person who doesn't sit at our table for a little bit we always choose eachother to talk to about what our teacher wanted and then he will always ask something about me that's not related. Our teacher has stopped doing that for a while and we haven't talked again. Occasionally I will catch him looking at me and we will smile at eachother a lot. I don't know if this means anything but I was walking with my friend and he was next to me walking alone and I said "hunny!!" To my friend and he turned around and looked at me like I was talking to him and he looked embarrassed! He recently followed me on insta and he has his snapchat on there and on his Twitter, so I added him. The problem is he hasn't added me back! I looked over his shoulder when he opened up snapchat one day and there wasn't a yellow ghost indicating that he hasn't saw it and I know he hasn't denied the request because it would not be on my friends list. He doesn't know my snapchat and it's not my name so maybe he doesn't know who it is? Also before we started talking in class, he liked this girl and would walk around with her sometimes, but then after we started talking they didn't hang around together and he told me that he's not taking anyone to homecoming. ANYWAYS.. I have started to really like him but we don't really have a way to talk. I guess whenever we talked I wouldn't really ask him anything.. So maybe he thought I didn't like him back but I do and I want to talk to him but I don't want to start talking to him again and make him think "why the heck is she talking to me?" I have two classes with him but the teacher changed seats. What should I do?
